One of the best hotels in Cebu. The food is scrumptious, the hotel room is clean and the staff are amazing. Parking is also not a problem in this hotel. Kids loved the pool and kids safety is top priority. Balik mi puhon sa BAI hotel mga bai! Salamat!

Very nice hotel in convenient location for quite quick airport access. Pool bar and rooftop bar with live music are definitely worth visiting. Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant are quite nice but a bit too overpriced.

It’s in the center of a few different attraction areas, so it worked well for me personally. Valentine’s Day is a drawback for solo travelers based only on the restaurants. This is because it is busy and with specials for two. I was at the steak restaurant which basically charged the same amount for less food with only a la cart as an option and no modification to get the items offered on the set menu. Regardless, staff at Twilight, Pool, Reception, and Door/Concierge all very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and equipped. The views and seating areas are beautiful. Traffic in Cebu is pretty rough, but I stayed away from the NewTown because of the Valentine’s traffic. A tour guide for the day is suggested since there are so many directions to go. The hotel itself had the best value and amenities for the area.

Pros Perfect place for relaxation. Recommended for those who like to have staycation wity friends or family. Nice city view with a mountain. Pool and bar in 21st floor is nice. Staffs are very kind and approachable. They have 2 key cards access to rooms. You can leave your things right after check out while waiting for your late flight. Cons Mininal only like no hairdryer, limited access to TV channels, lady guard in bag scanning seems impolite to locals than foreign tourist, maybe tired. Though, overall all good experience. Like to stay again soon.

I'm a bit disappointed. I've emailed them about the arrangement regarding the bed since this is supposed to be our anniversary celebration and they replied back acknowledging my email and they said that they have the service. But on our check-in, they said that they haven't prepared the room (this is already past 3pm) and that they will just send a cake but no cake was sent to our room. The room smells moldy and the flush in the toilet is not strong enough to flush everything away and takes a long time to have a 2nd flush (I have to take a bath first before doing the 2nd flush). The swimming pool was nice but it would be better if the water is heated since it is very cold up in the 22nd floor. The breakfast buffet is good and they have a variety of cuisines and they keep on refilling them.

Great staff and services. The facility is great, the ambience is great as well. For the food, there is a limited option for breakfast unlike other hotels. I can say if breakfast is not part of your check-in, it's not worth it for its price. The taste is so-so. At night, the pool area has a great view.

The Bai Hotel Cebu offers a delightful stay with its modern amenities, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The facilities, including the rooftop infinity pool, are impressive. However, while the hotel provides a luxurious experience, its location could be more central for those wanting to explore Cebu's attractions easily.

Hotel feels clean and the room is nice. Pool and the pool bar are amazing with the stunning night view. Buffet at Cafe Bai is very high quality and has a wide variety of food!
