Hills View Apartments

The ads that they put up at popular travel portals are deceiving. They claim to be renovated, but the reality is what you see in my pictures as of 24th July 2025. I booked and paid for 7 nights. Arrived late evening and followed their instructions on WhatsApp to checkin since there is no one at the site to receive. The room was stinking. The showers were not functional. The wash basin was clogged. Crashed into the bed without even changing clothes since we did not want to open our suitcases. The sleep was disrupted with constant noises from footfalls from roof and kids from outside the room. The room had fungus and cobwebs with spiders. The provided utensils were in a very poor state. Waited for dawn and got out of the place to a better standard hotel. They have a clause that they will not refund. So, I lost my paid money for the remaining 6 nights and they would have let my room out to the next gullible person. This seems to be a ploy. Be cautious and read the fine print on refund. Do not book until you are very sure you can put up with such a place.

Disgusting Booked 20-21 July 2025 all the way back in August 2024 for £77. They've cancelled the day before and relisted rooms at £220+ trying to make money on the oasis gig. They've had 11 months to cancel my booking of that was their intention why do it the day before!!!!

The property was very clean and very close to a lot of Restaurants and Fast Food places. It was very easy to find. The pillows were a bit dirty and old otherwise everything else was okay. I would book it again.

Thought it was nice as it was pretty spacious for the two of us and the room and bathroom was very clean. Overall, I would recommend and if I was in Manchester again I would stay there

Not great for family stays, or if you want sleep We booked this for a short family trip to Manchester. Its obvious these apartments are used for long term rental so don't expect much for short stays. No room service, replenishment of toilet paper etc, information that you need to clean your own rooms/empty bins daily (although all the bins outside are overflowing and stinking). There is generally no one available at the front desk regardless of the time of day. Walls are paper thin, fortunately my kid was fast asleep by the time the sounds of the night and arguments began. The towels in the room were dirty, had to get new ones and generally everything is a bit tatty. Beds are not comfortable and pillows are gross. I wouldn't recommend this place as for £20 more for the trip we could have had a much much nicer place to stay.

I Didn't have any problems for my stay, the place is opposite to an esso which opens till late. There food options up the street. The facilities is not great so don't expect that. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone.
