I spend 2 days a week in Manchester and i feel safe and relaxed here whilst also working and using the facilities

Modern looking decor in room and reception with comfy sofas. Most cosy bed and blanket. Tv in front of bed. Safe room with extra device seen in photo. Convenient to have breakfast in hotel. Walkable distance to city centre.

Lovely hotel . Good size bedroom with large single beds. Large tv ,safe , hairdryer etc. Lovely bathroom facility with good shower. Floor to ceiling windows , so not able to open for some fresh air .Good location for Victoria and AO arena . What let the hotel down was breakfast. Situated in a very small ,cramped area , very busy and had to wait for everything to be replenished. Coffee , bacon, sausages, pastries were all empty . Being a bank Holiday weekend with lots of events going on, the prices of all hotels were inflated . Overall, a lovely hotel and I'd stay again if visiting the arena but on this occasion I didn't feel it was value for money.

Not quite as central as I would have liked but I compromised on this for the price - a Sunday night for two with breakfast was VERY reasonable. The room was clean and felt spacious
Enough. Stains on foot stool and chair made room feel a little unkempt though this could be fixed with a bit of an intense clean of these. That being said the rest of the room was fine. Bathroom was clean, good size. Good shower in terms of temperature and and pressure. Good AC in the room, not noisey - which was good because it was a warm day! Simple check-in. Breakfast - options for continental and cooked breakfast. Clean eating area, plenty of seating available. Nice seating area near the bar. Overall a clean modern hotel. Would stay again.

Only got two things I could pick on and they are not big just off putting.
1. At the end of our night out we fancied some chocolate so I got a Twix and a twirl which I was charged £5 😱.
2. Breakfast was good all but the mushrooms and the scrambled eggs which could have been a lot better both had no taste at all.

Hotel location was fine, quite close to Shudhill bus station. Staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was okay but the cooked breakfast was poor. There was limited options and it had been under the heat lights too long.

I stayed here for two nights it was very good experience. The room was very clean. They staff were friendly and welcoming. Apart from having a stiff neck due to change in pillow everything was good. I had a good time.
