A great location close to Manchester Victoria station loads of bars and clubs and niche shopping.
Was here for a music gig the other side of the city but Uber there and back was very easy.
The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was extensive and a good selection of most things.
It’s a clean and surprisingly quiet hotel as it’s right on a very busy main road. It’s a budget hotel so not too many frills no fridge or iron but everything worked really well good bed and good shower and for me that’s the main selling factor of a hotel room.

The hotel was clean, tidy, with simple amenities. The only criticisms are that due to the location of the hotel it is noisy as it is located right next to a main road. Also, the rooms can get very warm as there is no air conditioning.

I’ve booked a room with a bathtub, and the staff designated a room without it.
I can accept they could make a mistake, but the staff didn’t apologize for his mistake when I asked for a room change.

Great place to stay if you are going out in the centre of Manchester. Lots of places to park, eat and drink around it. Reception staff very friendly and coffee pod machine in room was a great addition.

The hotel is just next to an intersection with traffic light. Everytime any vehicle accelerated hard, it startled me. It is as if the window didn't exist, open or closed. Would not recommend if you stay in the room next to the street.

Noisy facing the street on the lower floors. Despite best efforts of the staff the Breakfast service id not geared up to the bookings when busy.

Terrible service. The Polish lady on the night shift had an attitude that was bordering on horrific, making it seem like we were asking for the world. Also smoking right outside the main entrance. Remarkable lack of professionalism. Wouldn’t stay here again.
