Excellent hotel, great location and the most friendly staff. Been to many hotels and lived in turkey this has to be the best. Spotlessly clean, food great drinks international brands. Been the only British people in the hotel did not make a difference all the staff made an effort, reception staff great. Only negative would be only entertainment is out side and nothing inside which is a shame due to having such a large indoor area the are missing out as a lot of people sit inside due to been to hot outside at night.

As someone with food allergies, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Ms. Nermin from Guest Relations was very attentive and supportive throughout the entire stay, taking my sensitivities into account with great care. Chefs Telat and Idris prepared safe and delicious meals tailored to my allergies. Thanks to them, I felt both safe and truly valued. I sincerely congratulate the entire team for their diligence and warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful vacation combined with Zumba practice. We were a group of ten women, so I’m writing this review on behalf of all of us. The hotel is absolutely amazing – high standard, excellent services, and it fully meets the expectations of a five-star hotel. Both the hotel and the entire area are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is kind, helpful, and accommodating in every way. The food is varied, very tasty, and has a wide selection of dishes, salads, desserts, and fruits. The alcohol is quite good quality. As part of the ultra-all-inclusive package, it's possible to enjoy food and drinks at any time throughout the day and night. The sea is clear, shallow, and relatively warm already in June. The beach is sandy, well-maintained, with no need to wear water shoes and there are enough sunbeds available. The entertainment is provided by a team of animators. Activities include darts, beach volleyball, boccia, water gym, mini club and other events. Evening entertainment is offered through performances by external dance and music groups. The hotel also features a shopping passage, a hairdresser, a photo studio, massages and spa. Personally, I would like to thank Oscar, the boss of the animation team, for his support and for giving us the opportunity to practise zumba, as well as for his willingness to help. I also want to thank Jinbei for his friendly approach and fun. A big thanks to all guests and my friends for attending my lessons❤️ I would especially like to appreciate the work of the waiters—Mahmut, Murat, Ibrahim, and a special waiter with a birthmark on his forehead, I believe his name is Hassan. They fulfilled our requests with a smile on their faces and a great sense of humor. A big thank you goes to the entire reception staff, the whole animation team, the waiters, chefs, and housekeeping for their professional approach and kindness. Everyone is doing an excellent job. I rate the hotel highly and can warmly recommend it. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation at your hotel, thanks for the great time, for your services. I wish you all the best!
