Good hotel, food is great and varity to choose from is good also, drinks are good, had to ask for extra blankets and room had some renovation deffect but not something that is a big issue, pools are cleans and hotell aswell room service and room cleaning is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful, also special thanks to Rudi he was very friendly and helpful 😃

1. There is a sign at the bar that they do not use plastic straws, but when you ask for paper ones, they simply do not have them and mix cocktails with some kind of their own spoon that they keep dipping into the same container, regardless of what they are mixing with it. 2. When you ask for a gin and tonic cocktail, they simply could not make it for 3 days because they did not have Schweppes. Therefore, in order to get this cocktail, you had to buy Schweppes yourself at the store and bring it to the bar. 3. Alcoholic drinks and ice are poured using a finger, i.e. there is no dispenser so as not to overfill, you cover it with your finger without even using disposable gloves. 4. The dishes and glasses are dirty, the glasses are painted and no one can see it. 5. In our understanding, this hotel should have had European drinks, not just local ones. 6. The room was dirty upon arrival, there was hair and crumbs on the floor. When asked to clean, they cleaned... they didn't clean, it was more like the truth after 3 cleanings. 7. Upon arrival, the air conditioner didn't work, they fixed it several times, leaving garbage from the repair work in the room 8. When the "do not disturb" light is on in the room, when we return we find a hair dryer (hair dryer) on the floor. 9. The balcony did not lock at all, when sitting on the balcony on a chair on clothes, plaster falls from the ceiling on our heads. 10. Upon arrival, the bedspreads were dirty, such a view that they were not even washed, everyone was given the same ones without any covers. During 9 days, the bedspread was not changed once. 11. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room. 12. In the common toilets, spa, outdoor area when going to the sea, there is a stench of sewage. 13. The water runs, smelling of chlorine. When my wife was bathing, after soaping her head, the water disappeared, which had not been there for about 30-35 minutes, so we had to wash our heads and wash ourselves using a kettle and water and plastic 1.5 l bottles. 14. Food - chicken every day, which is poured with sauce the next day and "goes" again as a new dish, you can forget about lamb. For 9 days the same fish was fried and nothing more. An even more decent dish was tuna salad, but they make 1 small container of it, and when it's finished they don't even offer to refill it. 15. The food outside at the snack bar is always cold. 16. There are shards outside along the pool, I pulled a shard out of my shoe because they allow you to bring glass cups, since they "don't use plastic", although the water in the fridge is in plastic containers 17. Variety of fruits - apples, pears, oranges and bananas. 18. Sunbeds not made up, birds "screamed" in the morning, a nail was sticking out on our sunbed, which you can hurt yourself with without seeing it. 19. In an a la carte restaurant, like a European one, I don't even know how to name it, but they brought shrimp baked with cheese. After eating the appetizers, they don't even chan

This is the perfect hotel berry blue all staff nice but Rudi is Best man Animation party is really nice and too much fun Food’s is okay and rooms is very ocean The next year we will come to again Herę Beach is also very nice and very close to hotel !!

The hotel is really so new and clean not so big and not so small ! Its perfect ! Pool area percet and drink’s verys nice Room’s are clean and new ! Bed is perfect for sleep Everything is nice Dart game very fun with Rudi !! See you next again here berry !!
