Otele girişte Ayşe ve İbrahim resepsiyon görevlileri çok kaba davrandı. Alman veya yabancı müşterileri çok hoş karşılıyorlar . Bize Türk olduğumuz için her türlü kabalık yaptılar. trip com diye otele almak istemediler . Bu firma güvensiz dediler. Yurtdışı firması siz uyanık ucuza almışsınız dediler. Bir saat kavgadan sonra otele aldılar. pasaport istediler. Biz TC vatandaşıyım kimlik verelim dedik . Uzun tartışmadan sonra kabul ettiler . Yurt içi firmalarda küçük çocuklar bedava . Bizde çocuk yok. Atrip.com da ise çocuk ücretli. Çocuk olmayanlara uygun fiyatlı. Tüm yasal kurallara uyduk. Side bölgesinde şimdiye kadar böyle davranış görmedik. Atrip.com ile çok sayıda otelde kaldık.

We have just returned home following our first time at the Seher Sun Palace Hotel and Spa. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is very nice, always being cleaned and kept very tidy. The room we had overlooking the pool was also really nice with great views into the distance. However, if you are from England, consider before booking here.... Everything at the hotel is catered for Germans. The food was very German orientated and we couldn't even enjoy any evening entertainment as it was all in German too. We were all inclusive and could only really enjoy the drinks package as we had to eat out most nights due to the food in the hotel. Breakfast was nothing like we would eat at home so we didn't bother most days either. The best part of the food package was the poolside bar which had pizzas and burgers etc. If this hotel was more for English, it would be great and I would recommend for people in the UK. If you enjoy German cuisine and entertainment, consider this hotel. We had one huge issue too, we had a right ordeal with the guy who manages the spa. We booked one massage at the start of our holiday and he pushed us to book another 3 saying they were needing medical massages, so we did. We attended one more massage before cancelling the other other two as they were clearly just normal ones. The guy got really aggressive with my partner, refusing to give her the money back that we paid up-front telling her we basically had to attend the other two, whilst shouting why can't you attend, you are free all day on holiday. He is not a very nice guy at all, very pushy and very rude. It's our holiday at the end of the day and we can do as we please when we want. I went myself and spoke to the hotel reception where the hotel manager sorted it out straight away for us and we got our money back. It seemed as though this was not the first time this has happened by the hotel managers reaction to our our issue. Overall, nice holiday, really nice hotel but not for English unfortunately. Next time I visit Turkey we will likely do Dalaman area which is more for English. Also if you fancy a massage or spa day at the hotel, prepare to be pushed into further packages by the spa manager. If you refuse expect a rude/aggressive attitude from him. I would have put this hotel as 5 stars but the spa managers attitude and cuisine/entertainment in the hotel let's it down for somebody from UK. Cheers

Very good experience, food was delicious and personel is very friendly, clean beach is around 10 min walk or accesible by small car provided by hotel. Food and drink on the beach is always very good. Apreciate the option of lunch on the beach. In the pool and beach area are snack time with traditinal turkish snacks made by traditional way by very nice and friendly older ladies. Resort was recomended by travel agency and fullfil our expectations.
