HOTEL: Pros: Immaculate place, well kept grounds. Gorgeous beach. Cons: Rude reception staff. Location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily, transport is available across the road. WiFi only covers two devices at a time. Expensive on-site supermarket with inflated prices. Off-putting and rude clothes shop staff. FOOD AND DRINK: Pros: Great snack bars, delicious ice cream, Asian night in the main restaurant was good, nice a la carte restaurants, and a hit with the kids - the chip truck. Cons: Main restaurant wasn't for me. The food was okay, but everything seemed to have some kind of juice in it. Off-putting to see so many staff getting their food at the same time. Strange closing time for the main restaurant - 9pm on the dot! If you arrive after 8pm, you get scraps, and by 8:30pm they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Staff often lift food away when you're still looking at it. Cakes looked nice but tasted like nothing. Some of the worst spirits I've ever tasted, very cheap. Inconsistent cocktails - one great one, depending on who serves you and their mood. POOLS: Pros: Nice large pool, water park for the kids (although I did hit my head pretty badly), plenty of umbrellas, lifeguards. Cons: Weird pool bed layout - very close together. Design allows for only one line of beds in some areas, causing people to get up at 6:30am to secure them. ROOM: Pros: Good size (we had to upgrade for the kids to have their own room - wouldn't have survived otherwise). Cons: Terrible air conditioning, noisy fridge, paper-thin bathroom walls, smell of drains from the toilet, smallest duvet cover ever (smaller than the bed).

This place is amazing!! It felt like you were in the bahamas with all the palm trees and bars around the pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food and drink was good. I want to mention our room maid Emine Kaya...she did a fantastic job of cleaning our room every day that we were there. The water slides were well supervised. We stayed for 10 nights, which I would say is more than enough. A week would be adequate if staying here. My son couldn't get enough chips, ice creams, and drinks of fanta whilst there. Highly recommend. Will visit again one day.

AQI Pegasos world hotel is a nice 4* hotel with a fantastic lobby reception team and customer service team. Rooms are clean and tidy well maintained by the housekeeping team whom are always happy to help and assist. The pool is stunning, huge with different areas floor gain shade from the blazing sun, this accompanied by a nice beach made the swing experience very enjoyable Restaurant always has a very good and varied choice of food at all times, waiting staff are really helpful. Now for the downsides which there always are. The hotel is 4* however the clientele drag it down to a 3* quickly, physical fights over sunbeds, If you aren't out of your room by 6am then you aren't going to have a good choice of beds. Sad to say you have to join the party or miss out. People have no respect when walking up and down the corridors, 11pm onwards the noise really ramps up (will let you decide why) Pack mentality around young lads roaming in large groups becoming quite intimidating for some people. The facebook page is very biased with no negative reviews, they really push the Bill Cosby Restaurant (separate review coming) but for now let's say over priced poor quality food but very good entertainment. Would I come back, sadly not. This isn't due to the hotel itself but it's down to the clientele and behaviours highlited above

Amazing hotel, clean and well maintained grounds, rooms big, clean and tidy, pool is huge, loads of sunbeds around the pool both in shade and in the sun. Water park amazing! Staff ( kitchen, bar, cleaners, waiters are all amazing, kind friendly and work super hard) Shout out to Serkan and the entertainment team they do an amazing job day and night pool games, exercise classes, foam parties, you name it they do it! Lifeguards always around and alert! Can’t fault the hotel at all! 100% we have all had a fab holiday and are sad to be leaving soon!

Travelling here for 10 years now & returned in June 2024 as a family 9 all staff amazing management go above and beyond. Iilyas team manager in restaurant looked after us at meal times with others. Bilal & Ali most friendly and best bar staff look after you with smile. Hakan is 1st class alongside Gazi operation manager who made our holiday stress free listen to us helped every opportunity and delivering his promise to do the best he can. Unfortunately the food was completely unexceptionable, the poorest of quality, from meats, Vegetables, and dairy, had to eat out every day , definitely not 4star plus, local beer flat and tasteless considering it’s brewed locally the lines were not cleaned obviously which showed in the taste, the entertainment staff and pool bars and staff wer the only saving grace

What an unbelievable hoilday I had at this place, what a beautiful clean beach right on your doorstep food was lovely in the restaurant big massive shout to Ata wat a top lad he was really made my family hoilday even better always remembering my and family's name drink orders really nice block all the staff were so clean the hotel was great pool complex wat an unbelievable time we had thanks to all at Royal pegasos hotel see u all next year,m.

This is our second time We had an amazing experience llyas Aydin made us all feel very welcome the tables were always clean and tidy extremely polite He looked after us. Nothing was a problem for him when we asked a question. A** hope to see you again soon

We come here at least twice a year!! Absolutely love this place.. very clean, amazing size rooms and the most attentive staff you will ever meet. A 30 seconds stroll onto the beach ⛱️ .. and the food is exceptional. Why this isn't a 5 star I will never know. You need to get up early to get a decent spot on the sun loungers though . Back in October and already counting down the days.
