The Team is amazing, the Location is fantastic and all inclusive feels really all inclusive. Mike the German Manager is an amazing Guy. We played a few rounds of games together and had a lot to laugh. Greet him if you get the chance and have a nice Holiday here!

Everything was perfect during our stay at the hotel. rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. staff was friendly and always ready to help. The front desk team, in particular, was very professional. Breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients. hotel played a big part in making our holiday so enjoyable. I will definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to everyone

Amazing hotel, super drinks, perfect food, super beach , close to city by bus, beautiful rooms, everywhere was cleany, i can’t say nothing bad about this hotel because everything was really perfect. everyday animations on the beach and music

We booked this hotel through LoveHolidays, thinking it was a family-friendly resort. The listing made it look like one large hotel complex with multiple pools, but in reality, it’s three separate hotels crammed next to each other. What they don’t tell you is that the hotel next door blasts music from 9pm until after 2am — every single night. It was impossible to sleep, and our baby was kept awake night after night. The noise is excessive, like a nightclub right outside your window. We were shocked this was even allowed in a supposed family resort. We feel completely misled by the photos and description on LoveHolidays. This is not a peaceful, relaxing family hotel. If you have kids or want any sleep at all, avoid.

Just returned from 8 nights in this hotel, defo not a 5 star hotel, rooms very spacious and comfortable, however, cleaner doesn’t really do anything other than take the rubbish change towels and replenish the loo roll, very rarely put anything in our fridge and when she did it was only apple juice and water, usually in a 5 star you get few cans of effes and choc milk but not here 😟! Our bed was not changed the full 8 days! Air con didn’t work and when I went down to see about it I was promised it would get fixed, 3 days later still not fixed, then when I said I wanted to change rooms it came on 🙄 went bk off again the next day, it wasn’t too hot in the room so this wasn’t really a problem, however, I wouldn’t want to be stuck with no air con in July/aug time! Entertainment team round the pool are lovely and do try there best to keep you entertained although there is very little entertainment and not much going on! Food is not the best ended up eating chip buttys most days 🤦🏼‍♀️ restaurant has loads of seats but not much choice so the queues can be long which means foods cold time you sit to eat it! You don’t need to take towels as they are supplied and the hairdryer in the bathroom is very powerful… just giving this info to save someone on the luggage weight 😊 I would not return to this hotel but would stay in side again it’s a lovely place, it has not been a bad holiday at all we’ve met some lovely people and it’s been really relaxing I’m just abit disappointed after expecting a 5 star hotel! Everyone has their own experience and expectations so this is only my review and others may not share my disappointment, have a lovely holiday if you are booked up 😊
