We are s family of 4 (two teenage boys) just returned from what can only be described as a luxurious, relaxing sun filled holiday with amazing food, cocktails and drinks and the best service. Spotless modern rooms and beautiful grounds with plenty to do if you wish. Although hot weather, plenty of places to ‘cool ‘ down. We loved the ‘cool’ Bistro for cocktails in the evening – with professional, attentive, and genuine warmth from Merdan and Cemre who couldnt do enough for us all. We felt like Kings and Queens in their service – so thank you so much for all that you did for us. Also to Serhat in the main restaurant who again went ‘above and beyond’ in taking our dinner experience special and to Mehmet Ali for his friendly professional and attentive service at the amazing Beach Bar - one of our favorite places and always a warm smile with exceptional professionalism and super tasty food. The water park was fabulous and the entertainment / water polo and the evening shows was the highlights for our family. We believe we have finally managed to say ‘thank you’ in Turkish ( although we did get two Coke’s a few times in our pronunciation attempts of the word!) Diolch

Everything was perfect. The location, the sea, the beach, the atmosphere , the music from the beach bar and last but not least the staff . I would like to especially mention Onder and Ferman, super guys, kind, very funny and friendly. Everything was beautiful.We will definitely come back.

What a superb hotel! Clean, classy, well designed with a lovely pool and excellent food. We had a great 10 day holiday here and having been to Turkey plenty of times in the past would put this hotel right at the top and thoroughly recommend it esp for families. Special mention to Katherin in guest relations who ensured our stay went smoothly, they really put the effort in to ensure you enjoy your holiday with them. Thank you and hope to come back one day!

Just had 2 weeks here at the start of July…..Wow, this is the cleanest, friendliest, well organised hotel we have stayed at. We thought that it was nice that the hotel had 10 blocks that were only 2 floors instead of other hotels that have many floors which look very big! The grounds were very well looked after and the hotel buildings looked modern. The pool was very clean and the sunbeds at the beach and pool were cleaned and swept by “mr sweepy” who was very friendly. We also found that it was easy to reserve a sunbed as were able to lie in as you should be able to in holiday… and many were still free to claim all day in the beach. However only thing that I thought was a disappointment was that the beach cabanas were so expensive(85€ a day)! They were mostly empty so perhaps a reduction in price would see a change in this and then this would give this beach area a real ‘vibe’! This meant that we didn’t reserve one but we still had a great time without it as we reserved s pool double bed at just 10€. The bistro bar was a great place to sit and cool down and have lovely drinks. Murdan in the bistro is so friendly and is a credit to your hotel! The A la carte restaurants were also very tasty but we found that WabiSabi was another level! The food was presented so well and it tasted sensational! Eyyup the waiter and his team were very friendly and the sushi was fab. Curio restaurant spoilt my daughter with a lovely birthday cake Each A la carte restaurants can be booked once a week. Big shout out to Negla the restaurant cleaner!… always smiling! The customer relations staff were very helpful , Kathrin especially. Thanks for a great holiday x

Arrived towards the end of July with family in a group of 8, first impressions when arriving at the hotel were good, staff greeted us and immediately identified any needs or requirements we had, we were then escorted to our rooms via golf buggy with our luggage which was nice after some long travelling. This hotel is shown as a 5 star hotel but there were a number of things during our stay that we identified that left the hotel falling short of where it should be, we have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels before and would say this hotel is a maximum 3 star hotel. Cons to the holiday/hotel: - The hotel room is not practical at all for a family with a child, there is no privacy at all when exiting the toilet or shower, it is also very compact and very basic. - The hotel room cleanliness was average, we noticed a large amount of dust that was not cleaned on one occasion we came back to the room to find it had been swept and large clumps of hair and dust were just pushed to one side of the room - Our family had bedding changed and had marks on it along with several holes in the duvet, a simple check should have spotted this! - In our room we noticed mould starting to grow on the ceiling of the room, this got progressively worse during our stay to the point that when we checked out it had covered most of the room. - The shower leaks across most of the floor when you are showering, this becomes dangerous and really needs to be solved. - We noticed a big problem with Ants across our room and balcony, we identified Ants crawling across the floor of our room at several points during our holiday. - Need more cold-water stations around the resort, the bar and restaurants were handing out warm bottles of water that have come straight out the plastic packaging, understand its hotter than usual but maybe invest in more fridges. - Cocktails were different depending on who made them, on several occasions they were undrinkable. - The bar service was poor, there is virtually no service from sunbeds, occasionally a lone staff member will walk around take orders and then not come back, the bar itself was understaffed and we felt sorry for the staff working the bars, on one occasion we noticed the pool bar had 40 people sat/stood waiting for drinks with 1 lone bar staff member serving. - On several occasions we went to get a drink from the bar and gave up because there was too many people waiting, this is not what you would expect from an all inclusive resort! - Drink orders in restaurants were constantly wrong, either wrong drinks arrived, or drinks were missed. We think this is down to staff understanding requests as English was not really spoken. - Extremely loud pool music is played at certain times of the day (for sports and aerobics) this music was repetitive with the same song set being played twice each day and be warned the language was explicit on several occasions with swearing and other remarks which is unacceptable when you ha

This is an exceptional hotel - food, service, cleanliness and above all the staff! Super attentive, friendly and efficient. We loved the beach bar for lunch, sun downer drinks and then fantastic entertainment in the evening. Onder from the beach bar was fantastic - so hard working. We enjoyed the spa - Turkish bath, massage & facial was superb. This is our 4th trip to Turkey and this hotel wins hands down. Rooms / restaurants are super clean and modern. Additionally very environmentally friendly. The app is superb. We are in love with this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are just about to leave Paloma Orenda and don’t want to go home we are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys from Scotland and we have had the best holiday ! The hotel is absolutely immaculate the staff are welcoming and extremely Friendly we did not experience any language barriers what so ever. Curios restaurant was incredible Sami the Scottish lover is fabulous at what he does and a lovely gentleman! Special thanks to Alihan who worked so hard at the pool bar and always with a smile and Ismail in the entertainment team you all played a part in making our holiday amazing ! We have just returned as a family of four . We had a lovely time . Our room 1214 was perfect location to everything. Hotel was very clean and modern with stunning views everywhere you looked. Splash park was a big hit. Would be beneficial if it had lockers to put key card etc. Children’s menu / chicken nuggets etc and pool service drinks would give this hotel 5 stars . We loved the beach bar for lunch and the bistro cakes and ice creams were yummy. The kids club / park was best I’ve seen . We used to go to the park on an evening before the mini disco . Staff friendly and made a big effort with children to make them feel welcome.

Stunning place with attentive lovely stuff. Modern, clean rooms. Directly on the well-kept beach. High quality food with high class food management. Great service at restaurants, bars, bistro, beach cabanas, guest relations, housekeeping. All always caring, respectful and lovely. High standard Spa which is worth a visit. Shop with high quality goods. Thanks to Ipek and Sevda,great job and of course to the entire team for making our vacation so relaxing and memorable.
