With all the modern comforts in place all you have to do is relax on your short stay or extended visit. The soft sand and crushed shell bottom of the Gulf is perfect for swimming. POOL / HOT TUB There is a charge to heat up the hot tub otherwise it functions as a spill over spa / pool. Our pool and spa can be heated for a fee of $35 a day. The pool can be heated to 78 - 84 degrees. Please let us know at the time of booking or text us the day before if you would like to have the pool and spa heated. We do not profit from this charge, it's merely in place to cover the energy cost. The system is new and very expensive, it's completely operated by the owner's cell phone. You have to contact us if you wish to have the pool and spa heated. Please allow some time for heating. All fees for heating of the pool / spa must be paid in advance. Thank you for understanding. There are cameras on the outside of the property, including the pool and spa area. Surveillance devices are only used for security purposes.
