Room was different from the booked one. It was not a suitable one- curtains were not proper, couch was untidy etc etc

The stay was not as expected. They breached our privacy multiple times which was not as per our expectations. We will not recommend it to anyone.

The price was on the higher side but the rooms and the services provided were good enough.I was staying in the semi deluxe room.The location of this hotel is perfect for people who like to walk and the view was also very pleasant. The food was good and felt homemade.

Great hotel under the leadership of Mr Chauhan . The services were excellent food was great and nice rooms. One can get a true essence of the Himachal feel as the hotel is offering service since more than two decades with all the modern amenities. Kudos to team Piccadily Manali …

It is a good hotel with spacious room. Staff was courteous. Food was delicious. Location is near mall road. Exhaust was not working in washroom. It needs improvement.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the hotel premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

The experience has been beyond expectations. Best property to avail and walking distance to Mall Road. From the hotel management to housekeeping very well manared and extremely courteous. Food in hotel is exceptional - l would say luxury home cooked food. The best was 24/7 kitchen. Late night craving just dial the room service. We had put in at Room No 207 and the balcony view was mesmerizing. Do not go by NEGATIVE reviews. The property has been well renovated few years back. Hotel is very nearby to Manali Bus-stand. Lastly I will strongly recommend for this property. Attaching property pictures for reference. BEST MONTH TO VISIT IS MAY & JUNE...Also to enjoy snowfall the months are NOV, DEC & JAN. The hotel staff was rude and greedy and nothing worked right in the room the beds were not comfortable and the hot water need to wait 10 mins and food very spicy felt like eating only peppers

Guys who are going to visit manali ..do a thought of staying here.. 🙏🙏🤗🤗 Staff is fabulous and really helpfu😍😍😊😊l. . Cleanliness is top class..😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I want to visit again here..🥰🥰 and i will definetly stay here 💛💛💛💛
