Pristine Inn Manali

The Pristine Inn is one of the finest Hotel in ***ali. The GM Mr. Raj is doing fantastic job, he has full com***d over his staff. Although whole staff is very cordial and ready to serve any time. The quality of food is superb with u**ost hygiene.

5 star is less rating to give. Would give 10 but donot have option. 1. Terrific location - in the heart of city but still away from noise 2. Room - size is ok with good ambaience. Neat & clean 3. Food - really nice with home like touch 4. Staff is very nice, humble & always ready to assist Last but not the least value for money... Thanks hotel Pristine Inn for your hospitability.

The service was 5 star and the food was very delicious and they were having family rooms that was very food for the family's to stay the view was also very awesome from their the 1 star I deduct is for that they were not having washrooms in the both of the room else it was a brilliant experience you must stay thier.

It was very excellent trip. We enjoyed evening games and more activities with miss pooja and Komal in this resort. Both are very nice. All is good from breakfast to dinner. Location are also very nice. Very peaceful area.

This was awesome experience to me and my friends. Location is Mesmerizing us and staff are just a call away and always there for you. Service is just unbelievable. And infrastructure is like three star hotels. Everything is perfect like you search other than your budget in a sufficient amount. It's very spacious too. I want to go to second times and stay here always. 😘

My stay was very comfortable at pristine inn. The way they attend the guest is commendable. Really very hygienic. the rooms were near and clean. From very first day ***ager mr. Raj was very cooperative. I highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful location to get a birdseye view of ***ali and the snow peaks, kid friendly play area with a view, cheerful staff & good food at the restaurant, splendid rooms. Food was excellent. What more would you want in a vacation?

We had booked this tour for my guests through Indian circuit tour Co delhi and they had suggested this Pristine hotel saying it’s a 3 star category. This is not a 3 star hotel and it’s just a holified Lodge. The heater provided was not good enough to heat up the room so requested one more heater. They said it’s chargeable and we said it’s fine and we spoke to the delhi agent and finally around 9pm they gave another heater on a condition they will take it back by 10pm. Guests had to sit close to the heater to get its heat. Since the guest didn’t give back the heater they rudely spoke to the guests and around 1 am they switched off the power to both their rooms. I had a tough time to contact the hotel people and the No given to me was of their delhi person. He just rudely asked me why I call and disturb him. What should I say to him. Then I call the GM - Raj around 3 am and he told he will send electrician. Around 4 am my guests walked to the reception woke up the reception person and he switched back the power. The reason they gave us above one heater in room there are chances of short circuit itseems. Seriously think why these people are in a hotel industry. Guests was laying in the cold of around -3 deg and these people switch off the power to the room as they wanted a second heater. Then the food part always was pathetic. A 3 star hotel serving just 2 dishes one rice and one type roti. Is this called a 3 star buffet spread. Shame on the pristine group for being in the hospitality industry as well as shame on Indian Circuit tour agency to promote such low class hotels. Pristine hotel- kindly promote your property as a lodge and not as a 3 star category and loot peoples money
