Hill River Resort by West Western

I recently had the chance to stay at Hill River Resort by West Western in Manali, I'm happy to share my experience with anyone planning a trip to this beautiful town. The resort is located just a few minutes away from Mall Road, which is the main hub for shopping and food in Manali. I like that it's not directly in the middle of the crowd but still very close – you can easily take a cab, auto, or walk to the Mall Road. The surroundings are calm, with beautiful hill views, and the environment feels safe and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had all the facilities like a TV, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, 2 in 1 air conditioner that worked for both cooling and heating, which was really helpful considering the changing weather in Manali. There was a clean attached bathroom with a geyser, so hot water is available anytime, which makes it very convenient. The in-house restaurant served fresh and tasty food. During my stay, I had breakfast and dinner here, and each meal was hot and freshly prepared. Service was quick and hygienic. Staff at the hotel were polite, friendly, and professional. From the front office to housekeeping, everyone was helpful and made sure the stay was smooth. They guided us with local sightseeing and cab arrangements when needed. The hotel is around 10 – 15 minutes from the Manali Volvo bus stand, and you can easily hire a taxi or auto from there. If you're driving your own car, the resort has ample parking space, and the road leading to the property is smooth and easy to drive on. In short, if you're visiting Manali and want to stay close to Mall Road without dealing with noise and crowd, I would definitely recommend Hill River Resort by West Western. It's a clean, peaceful, and well–managed hotel that delivers on comfort and service.

From the moment I set foot on the beautifully manicured grounds of Hill river resort. I knew it was about to embark on a memorable journey of peace,luxury and nature gentleness. The staff at hill river resort are so kind and welcoming. When we arrived they greeted us with warm smiles. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Throughout the stay every single staff member we interacted with was polite helpful and genuinely caring. Our room was super cozy and had a great view of the river.. The bed was soft and comfy the liners were fresh and the room had everything we needed. Its centrally heated.. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all amenities. The resort restaurent offera mix of local dishes and some international options. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and was full of flavor. They had a good spread of fruits, hot dishes, fresh juices. In the evening they sometimes organize small events like bonfire with music, it was fun way to end and meet some other guests. The entire resort was very clean - not just the rooms, but also the restaurant ,spa and outdoor areas. Over all I love our stay.. Thank you for amazing services..

The Hotel is located near Mall road and you can view scenic beauty of snow capped mountains. Food is good. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. All the required amenities are there. There is a play area for kids. Also it has resturant and gym. If you are looking for beautiful and clean Hotel go for it.

food is bit expensive. rest everything is good. very good parking space available and rooms are spacious.

Excellent room, neat and clean. Awesome view from balcony. Great for kids as the room had plenty of space. Food was superb.
