one bedroom unit off home down by saratoga lake in malta. the elderly people who have stayed there have all liked it. it is very small, so it is easy to take care of and easy to get around. it has a walk in shower with a seat and various handrails. But it is not wheelchair accessible. By booking you acknowledge and agree to pay legal fees and rental fees if you overstay without paying. There is not a full kitchen, but a small snack area with a bar sink, refrigerator and microwave. it is furnished with TV's with Roku boxes. Sorry, no pets.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.It is not child safe. Was adequate for what we needed. I was not aware of the long walk on slate stones that made it difficult for my elderly parents. Could use a little updating. I cleaned a lot of the cobwebs from the front door and the banister was loose on the stairs and needs fixed. Towels are old and need replaced. Easy check in and check out. Owner was quick with communicating.

It had all you need for the basics! We only slept and showered here! It was an awesome price and met our needs!

Worth it The stay here was nice. 1 street away from the lake. The place was very clean and cozy. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you are looking in the wrong place but it is worth the value.

We were in need of a place to sleep while in town for a family reunion. This property was delightful! It was perfect for the two of us. The small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was perfect for preparing small meals between our scheduled activities. The handicapped accessibility in the bathroom and hallway was an additional benefit. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa not so much!

Small and simple The apartment is fine for two. Very simple. A great value. A secure locking system.A secluded country setting. The perfect location to visit Saratoga.
