Absolutely recommend this hotel. been here 14 nights. There has been different food to try every day. all the staff are fantastic. they are very welcoming. they are multilingual. I'm English and my partner is Romanian #romglish and not once have we felt excluded. the matire de even spoke Romanian which was heart warming. we have enjoyed every single moment. georgio "yes or no" lol you will only know what that means if you go to the pool bar lol Olga with her good choice of Latino music, friendly personality. love love love this hotel.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left, every member of staff made us feel welcome, valued and went out of their way to make our week away a perfect one. The food at the hotel was traditionally Cretan, bountiful and delicious. It is the first year of being Sentido and the hotel has been given a beautiful face lift, to create a calm and very special experience. We would highly recommend the hotel on this beautiful island

The hotel is lovely, very modern and clean. Our room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and polite! Around the pool it’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere! Although the pool was freezing! Food choice was good and the restaurant is again very clean and staff are very accommodating, would definitely return!

Myself and partner have just returned from another fantastic 2 weeks at this hotel in Crete. This was our third time at the hotel; since our last visit in 2019 the hotel has undergone some very tasteful changes which include completely redesigned swimming pool, sunbathing area and outdoor pool bar. Outdoor dining areas overlooking the pool and gardens have been added which enhance the all-inclusive dining experience. The food is exceptional, with international cuisine and à la carte dining. Our room was tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with a beautiful modern bathroom with a walk-in shower; we also had a balcony with a sea view. The staff at the hotel made our holiday very special, they are always willing to help, are courteous and very welcoming. The restaurant service was superb with Nasos the Maître d'hôtel and his team. The poolside bar was very popular during the day with Giorgio the barman keeping eveyone entertained during the day, and the lovely Olga a star in the evening. Amazing hotel, everything is immaculate and modern, Their main strength I think is their amazing hard working staff from the room cleaners that made sure your clothes were folded, the guys at the pool bar chucking out hundreds of drinks a night every night, the waiters like Marko who was super friendly and always on the go picking up and dropping off drinks, the guys at in the restaurant making sure you have what you need and clearing tables, the chefs making amazing dishes of all kinds so that you have a choice of everything so you will find something you'd like. The spa treatment ladies were extremely good I had a full body massage and my partner had the body experience and was the bess massage we've ever had thank you Sofia. Finally thanks to Ellie the guest ambassador who was extremely friendly and helpful with any trips out around Crete sharing all the best beaches and sites. Overall we had a fantastic time here and will be coming back in the near future.

After a 10 night stay at this hotel I feel like it was an average stay with some positives and some negatives which I will list below. Cons: • Cleaning/cleaner coming in to the room. We felt that the quality of the cleaning was not the best, as we found that the floor had an accumulation of dirt and sand on which remained for a few days as well as the bed sheets not being changed regularly. On one morning, the doorbell rang and almost instantly afterwards the door was being slid open and the curtains were in the process of being pulled back - I had to stop the cleaner from coming into the room due to not being suitably dressed! This concerned me as there was not even enough time for me to get up and dressed before answering the door and I had considered if this might have been their thought process... unprofessional in my opinion. • Beds and duvet In our double room, the beds are two singles pushed together with individual sheets on. In addition to this, instead of one king sized duvet for both sleepers, you get two single duvets. This can be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it, but I frequently found it frustrating. • Drinks The soft drinks like the coca cola, fizzy orange and fizzy lemon along with some others I can't recall have this distinct almost chemical taste and smell to them which makes them a challenge to drink to the point where I didn't even bother with them unless they had alcohol in! • Food & A La Carte I don't wish to be too critical of the food as the cooking staff looked like they enjoyed their work and were eager to see people's reactions when eating it. However, the quality of a lot of it was not good - it was hit and miss whether your concoction of Greek, Italian and German food would be nice or not. The A La Carte... we were booked into this by the Maitre D in the evening after the BBQ night and the general feeling from our group was that the food was the leftovers from the night before as a lot of it we had seen there and it did not taste fresh. There are 5 courses to the menu - the soup was the best course and i reccomend the pumpkin soup. For starters I had the greek pasta which to be fair was nice, however my partner had prosciutto and gorgonzola tortillas which had a pinch of some sort of pepper on the outside which sent her lips and tongue numb - a curious choice of seasoning I think for a ham and cheese wrap. The third course was a choice of salad, which was disappointing. It sounded good on the menu, but failed to deliver as this too tasted like it had been left out overnight and/or reused.  For main I had the veal stifado which for the first two cuts of meat I really enjoyed, however as it went on I found myself unable to continue eating it due to chewing one piece of meat for at least 5 minutes. My partner had the salmon on a bed of mixed greens - the report is that the salmon was fine, but the greens were overloaded with way too much salt to the point where they couldn't be eaten. For
