Dessole Malia Beach - All Inclusive

Beautifully landscaped outdoor surroundings of the resort. Standard rooms, a bit outdated but clean. The food was very good. Drinks and coffee KATASTOFA! Need to buy the original outside the hotel. The overall impression is very good except for the unsatisfactory artificial drinks!

When we arrived about 2:30pm receptionist said to leave our luggage in reception and go and get some lunch as it closed at 3. After we had eaten we went back to reception and was directed to our room 328. Room was standard and seemed ok however noticed pretty quickly the aircon would not work. Went to reception after an hour or so and told them, they said to see how we go that night as it may ‘kick in’. The next morning we went straight to reception after what was an awful sleep in a really hot room. Was told we would have to wait until a room was available which would be mid morning. Was given room 38 which was much better, aircon amazing, view lovely. Television was in German and couldn’t change it to English, this was the same in the other room also. Food was ok, there is a variety and the salad is very fresh. Was very repetitive but what you’d expect with all inclusive. Awful how people rush down to reserve their sunloungers at 6am and go back to bed, so those of us who are up and wanting to sit in the sun on a lounger couldn’t as they had all gone even though no one was actually sat on them. I saw a sign saying no reserving but everyone was doing it!! So if you’re wanting a sun lounger be prepared to be up early. Gardens are beautiful and very looked after. Employees really friendly. Overall 8/10 stay

I recently visited Aegeo Spas which is located directly in the hotel and had a wonderfully rejuvenating experience. I had two sessions so far and booked a third one before departure. I received a fantastic relaxing back massage from therapist Paraskevi. The day after I had a pleasant scrub, this time from therapist Dimitra. The experience was capped off with a relaxing facial massage that was both gentle and rejuvenating. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a serene and therapeutic atmosphere throughout my visit. I can recommend Aegeo Spas to anyone looking for a relaxing spa treatment.
