The ceiling was leaking in our bathroom. The receptionist looked at the problem and gave us several towels to keep the floor from flooding further. Maintenance employees were gone so could not assess if it was even safe to stay in the room. We had to spend the day and night stepping on soaked towels likely from a toilet above us. No other rooms were available so we requested a partial refund which was denied.

From the moment we arrived to We left the experience was amazing. Remember the theme of the hotel. So hard to make a holiday, the holiday was. How do you recommend this hotel to anybody? Just looking for relaxed friendly comfortable clean experience.

We just returned from our 10 days vacation at Neptuno Beach and we loved it. It’s very convenient located by the beach and has a good size pool too. Perfect for couples and families as well. We stayed in a premium sea side view room and we recommend it especially for couples. Being part of a bigger group as well I can say that all the rooms are good size, well equipped and cleaned daily. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the reception to the restaurant and the entertainment. They also have massage facility and Pepsi was great together with Geraldine and Ana Maria. My husband, my cousin and I enjoyed a very relaxing massage. The reception staff Joana and Stella and the Yorgos were very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you. The bar staff very friendly as well and the entertainment team too. Andreas especially is very funny. The food is very delicious and plenty of choice and differs every day. The fresh fruits are delicious too and in abundance. A perfect all inclusive hotel for those everyone’s pockets. We will definitely return.

Neptuno Beach is located on the beach front, with a large pool and fantastic food. Every lunch and dinner we were wowed not just at the quality and variety of food, but also by the fantastic staff who operate the kitchen and the dining rooms. The drinks were okay and were quite full of sugar, but the beer is good and cold. The reviews left by others were quite valid, outside of the hotel there is not much to do, so make sure to book a tour in advance if you want to get outside and do something other than sit by the pool or beach. I’d recommend upgrading to the superior rooms before you book as there is quite a difference. We did so in advance and spoke to others who didn’t and they said that they wished they had upgraded. If you have kids it’s a great destination, but as a couple without kids, we found that there were a lot of activities geared towards kids and not enough for adults. It should be noted that the staff are spectacular, especially the cleaning and dining staff. We had an elderly woman who cleaned our room everyday, and she was the nicest and most friendly person we’ve met in a long time. Unfortunately, I never got her name. The same is true of the guys on the grill, they were always smiling always making sure that we had a good time, and consistently delivered great food. We’d definitely come back.

Kept forgetting to leave a review following our holiday at end of May 2024 but this was just one of those places that I had to leave a few words! Myself, my partner and our baby stayed at Neptuno for a week and had the most amazing and relaxing time. The staff was brilliant throughout - especially Michalis (probably spelt that incorrectly!) at the bar. He made us feel welcome, was friendly and played a huge part in my partners proposal. Rita and Andreas helped my partner organize the proposal and put together the most beautiful setting - we are forever grateful and will never forget these amazing people. Negatives: - The food itself could do with some improvement as we found it repetitive. - The town didn’t have much to it, we found a supermarket and a few restaurants so not the place to go if you want to explore the town itself. Positives: literally everything else! - The room was great (a landing one by the poo) so we got to have some us time whilst the baby was asleep as the bar area was within a couple of meters of our room). - The housekeepers were very polite and always did a great job. - The location was fabulous as we were just steps away from the beach. - The staff were always friendly and helpful. - The kids club and entertainers (Rita & Andreas). This was probably the best part and the hotel is much better by having them. They made all guests (not just kids) feel welcome and comfortable, interacting at all times. Our flight wasn’t until 23:00 and check out was 11:00 I believe, the hotel allowed us to stay all day using all facilities including the all inclusive food and drinks. We were even given a room at the end of the day to shower before we left to the airport. There’s also a luggage room available to use all day. All in all, an amazing relaxing holiday which was obviously very special for us with the proposal so we will not ever forget Neptuno Beach. We would definitely recommend and would come back again.
