Wellness Hotel Boží Oko

Je mi líto, ale bohužel kromě hezkého zařízení statku - nemám moc pozitivní pocity. Ubytování je hezké, ale personál je zmatený, přes telefonickou komunikaci jsem zamluvila věci, které při příjezdu (ani během celého pobytu) následně nebyli, účtují pití, které jsme si neobjednali, když už konečně přinesou co si člověk objedná - přinesou pouze část. Co beru jako velké minus je kvalita rozlévaných vín. Myslím si, že by bylo dobré si aktualizovat jídelní a vinný lístek na internetu, který je evidentně par let starý. Porce jídla jsou celkem malé. Snídaně byla perfektní, ale nechápu jaký je problém udělat víc palačinek, aby o se o ně hosté nemuseli prát. I'm sorry, but unfortunately, apart from the nice equipment of the farmhouse, I don't have very positive feelings. The accommodation is nice, but the staff is confused, I ordered things over the phone that weren't there when I arrived (or during the entire stay), they charge me for a drink we didn't order, when what you order finally comes - only a part comes. What I consider a big minus is the quality of the bottled wines. I think it would be a good idea to update the menu and wine list on the internet, which is obviously out of date. Food portions are quite small. The breakfast was perfect, but I don't understand what the problem is with making more pancakes so that the guests don't have to fight over them.
