Everything was amazing This our third time to visit Maldives and best one of them

在馬爾代夫的最南部，需要乘坐馬爾代夫的國內航線前往，並在抵達後轉乘酒店的快艇到渡假島。 酒店的接機送機還是非常不錯的，還贈送了國內出發的機場貴賓室。 不知道為什麼原因，這裡的海水很多都是海藻，下水出來後一定要沖洗乾淨。 房間一定要預訂海邊房型，價格都一樣，有日落房間還有其他許多選擇，但一定要選擇海灘房，其他的房型有許多被樹木徹底的遮擋，或、還裡面都是石頭，還特別的水淺。

The rooms were very nice and the room attendants were very detailed and aimed to please. The over water villas had great snorkeling right off your room. And we got to stay in the beach from villas as well where there was also a a sea turtle that fed daily right out front. We did the all inclusive package that included the free snorkeling package. It was great having access to the snorkeling gear. The free snorkeling trip was perfect amount of time. The kayaks were great but for a resort that was so new most of the free equipment was not operational and/or was in very rough shape. The food…where to begin? There was a lot of variety however the quality was not very good and we left hungry most meals because the food was awful. I would strongly suggest upgrading to the seafood meals each evening. Those meals were incredible and inexpensive. The dining room as you will read in many reviews it is hot. Hot it was. You will sweat and it will be hard to eat because it is so warm that you just want to get out of the heat. If your are in the back area like we were there is no breeze at all. Like I said we upgraded to the all inclusive so beverages were included. It is very limited and the drinks are watered down. For example the Southern Comfort is clear. You are not allowed to leave the designated are with a drink. There are so many drinking rules and limitation. It is beyond frustrating. We saw employees be reprimanded all the time. Lastly, we went on a shark excursion to swim with the sharks. They go out to feed them multiple times a day regardless if there is a tour or not. We got out there and they told us the water wasn’t clear enough. We could see down super far. We feel like it was misleading. Maybe not? We will never know. It was still a cool experience going out watching them feed the sharks but before we went out there they gave us 15 minutes talk about not being able to snorkel with them if the water wasn’t clear enough. We would love to know if past vacationers got to snorkel with the sharks. For travels that have been to several all inclusive resorts this was our worst experience. I give it a 2 because we flew 24 hours and it was my first experience over the water. I loved the snorkeling right outside of our place.

This place is absolutely stunning we had the most amazing time here!! It does take a really long time to get here (from UK) but it is soooo worth it once you are here! We had a beach bungalow and it was stunning, really clean bed was comfortable the outdoor shower was bliss and to wake up and walk straight onto the beach in the morning was what dreams are made of! The staff work so hard here and they are all lovely I would say by far the best staff I have ever come across Jibin our waiter was the nicest guy ever couldn't do enough for you and always had a smile on his face! Our cleaner momin was brilliant again really nice guy and couldn't do enough for you and could trust 100%! The bar staff are great and really welcoming and also cant do enough for you, as well as the cooks who make the most delicious meals! The food is great and there is so much choice you could never go hungry here! I went to the spa twice because it was that good so peaceful the treatments are amazing as well as the girls who work there! My partner did a scuba diving trip with photos & videos and it was spectacular and he couldn't recommend it enough! We also paid for the private dinner on the beach and honestly it was the best experience of my life definitely recommend if your here! We did snorkeling everyday and saw loads of different fishes, we swam with a turtle and even had the pleasure of swimming with a sting ray! If you are after a relaxing paradise this is the place for you! Thank you so much to all the staff for making this a holiday of dreams for us we can't wait to return in the future!

I have red a few good and bad reviews and must say that all of them are right. It is not a five star resort and not without faults, however the staff do their best to resolve the problems. If you look for what Maldives have to offer it is all there. The sun, sandy beaches, warm ocean, variety of food, inclusive drinks, specious villas, great spa, pool, local evening entertainment, tranquility and lazy enjoyment of the nature. But the best is the staff at every level. They are polite, smiley and exceptionally helpful. Our housekeeper Billal took care of us and the villa cleaning twice a day (that's the cleaning policy) as the restaurant waitresses (Hashia) who did excellent job. Don't expect luxury but definitely it is value for money.

Where to start absolutely amazing place and have made memories that will last a life life time, The resort is a place of dreams it’s a very welcoming Place from the moment you arrive in Mali airport we was greeted by Shina (tour rep) wow she was absolutely amazing arranging a hotel for us to stay in for a few hours so we could get sleep after our long journey there, until domestic flight was ready even when on the way home she greeted us from the domestic flight and made our whole departure smooth. I honestly can’t thank her enough she is absolute asset to the company, When we arrived at south palms we where treated like royalty by our personal Butler Ali he made our whole stay special he couldn’t help us enough if we needed anything at all, (always checking if we where ok) We stayed in a water villa, which was absolutely amazing, they also offer buggy. If you ring reception, they will send you a buggy to take you to anywhere on the island A massive thank you too Driver- Bandhara he made us fell like family same as waitress- Julia outstanding service from all the staff on the resort I will absolutely miss my time on the island And sad to be home, We are booking for next year as I’ve never experienced a holiday like it and I have visited a lot of places and South Palms resort is truly a place of dreams

I have seen many varied reviews for this hotel but have now experienced it for myself. Drinks- seen a review about being capped at the amount of or refused drinks. We never experienced this, and we consumed our fair share, there are quite a few signs saying you will be refused if the bar staff think you are drunk. Food- we had a group of 6 including 2 fussy eaters and a vegetarian all tastes were cattered for and for myself found the food very good. Pool- there are limited amounts of beds on one side of the pool but very rarely saw it full but imagine this could be an issue in busy periods for pool dwellers. If you miss any connections you can be in for a long wait for your next flight. Beach- you have 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds which can be wheeled out onto the beach . There are no other beds on beach areas . Rooms were very comfortable island was very clean and I found all staff fantastic and very attentive. If you're AI there is only 1 bar and 1 restaurant but we managed just fine. The mini bar in your room is not included and quite expensive but no dearer than other islands. I dived with the diving centre and found the equipment good and the dive leaders very professional. Do the dolphin excursion I've been on several before(that were good) but I have never seen dolphins in pods of this size,amazing. On the whole our group of 6 had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this resort.

This place grows on you the longer you stay here. With that in mind there are areas for improvement but boy do the staff work hard at making sure you have a good time. I wasn't fussed about the food at first (Indian food not being my favourite) but the fact that they will cook your food fresh in front of you was a bonus. The rooms and room layout were excellent. Room service is chargeable. Entertainment is acceptable. Drinks, some seemed a little lacking in alcohol. Went on the driving excursion - very good. Snorkelling - a bit hit and miss. Have been to better islands with more wildlife. Overall a good, enjoyable holiday.

Great hospitality, we loved the relaxed and natural island vibe, the all inclusive package is a must and remember to take your sunscreen and snorkels! The abundance of wildlife close to the island is amazing and the staff are all very friendly
