You enter the newly furnished apartment via a separate external staircase with a roof terrace and its own entrance. In the living room are a dining table with 3 chairs, a sofa bed and a smart TV and a radio. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishes and cutlery. A shower, a toilet and a sink with mirror, and a small hallway are also in the apartment. A parking space under a carport is available.
