Hotel Querceto Wellness & Spa - Garda Lake Collection

Hotel Querceto is simply a gem of a hotel. It is wonderfully situated in the mountains so it provides stunning views of Lake Garda & also offers magnificent peace & quiet. This coupled with the excellent indoor & outdoor spa facilities makes it a superb place to visit. Valentina & the rest of the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Their friendly attitude is evident from the moment you enter the doors of the hotel. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a superb experience.

I stayed here in April just before high season which meant the area was nice and quiet. The hotel was fabulous, beautiful views even better than in the photos. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, I travelled as a solo female in my early twenties and it was a family feel. Food was great, lots of options for breakfast and dinner was very good. The hotel is tucked up in the mountain but the free shuttle service down to town was ideal. You had to reserve the spa but that was good because often meant you get it to yourself, the only issue I had was the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi were both lukewarm which isn’t great in winter. Overall an amazing stay!

Had such a lovely experience at the hotel. The place was inviting with a real warm and friendly vibe. Views from the grounds and the rooms were spectacular. Was great to be at such a high elevation above the lake. The outdoor spa was really unique. Staff was very available and helpful. Valentina and Eleonora had so many useful tips and advice for things to do in the area. Price point was excellent. So happy we chose this place.

We chose this venue for our wedding because of the beautiful setting and facilities. We wanted to accommodate family and friends too. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, especially Valentina who was informative and communicative throughout the months leading up to our big day as well as during our stay and for the wedding day itself. The manager, Luca, was exceptional in making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were explained on the day of arrival and check in was simple and quick which was welcoming as we arrived very late. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean and comfortable, they also smelt fresh and amazing. Towels, robes, slippers and flip flops were provided as is stated on their website. We had the most amazing view of the lake from our balcony which is one of the biggest selling points of this hotel. Family members booked to use the spa, which included a steam room, sauna, ritual shower and jacuzzi. There is also an outside sauna that looks over the lake, which is out of this world. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake but this was cold so we didn’t use it, maybe because it was out of season. The garden is well kept and clean and a great place to just relax and switch off. The hotel offer a shuttle bus service to the nearby town which was very much appreciated and used by us all as the town is a beautiful place to visit. Our wedding day here was the best that we could ever wish for, amazing food, attention to detail and again, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a spectacular place to stay and worthy of its 4* (the only downside, was that the coffee in the rooms has to be drunk from a paper cup, we would prefer proper mugs or tea cups). Stunning views, great amenities, and excellent staff. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Querceto. The staff bent over backward to accommodate our every need, and were wonderful with our little one. It also had the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful resort staff amazing unfortunately unfriendly to the English people as it was swamped with Germans who were unfriendly obnoxious and self entitled- they would literally take over the sunbeds around you have conversations over the top of your head lean on your sunbed take all of the self service breakfast drink the bar dry- felt so sorry for the staff who worked there as they were trying their hardest
