Very good place. Calm. Fresh fish items. Good taste. Nice experience.Staffs are very much attentive,nice behaviour . Sankhadip,Subal ,Lactor are very much supportive. Nice breeze, swimming pool has kids place.Must visit for calm stay..

Excellent Location - quiet and peaceful. And very much unlike a typical Goan beach resort. Very good rooms; excellent staff and service. Worth every rupee you spend there ! Though some repair work was happening in two restaurants, the functioning restaurant made up for the shortage !!

Nice property. It is located on Devaaya Island which requires a ferry to be taken (24 hours). The island is nice and has old Goa vibes. The property is wonderful especially during monsoons. Mr Mohit at Manas restaurant took really good care of us. Wish to acknowledge.

Following a friend’s recommendation we stayed for five nights. The taxi ride from Dabolim Airport took just over an hour. Check-in was quick and efficient, and soon we were transported by buggy to our room - all the buildings are spread around a spacious, lush green and well kept compound. Our room was as expected from a Mercure Hotel - fairly large, comfortable with all the usual amenities like a/c, fridge, safe, kettle etc. The king size bed was very comfy, the bathroom good, and we had a nice little patio overlooking a lawn and garden, and the adjacent fields. Housekeeping was pretty good, but sometimes done too late in the day, even though the ‘make up room’ sign was out. The poolside restaurant was where the breakfast buffet was located. The buffet comprised a mix of Western and Indian dishes and was overall very good. There was only one fresh juice and a couple from cartons, and the selection of fruit could have been better. They egg station was excellent as was the stand preparing South Indian delicacies like idli and dosa. A great disappointment were the Danish pastries which were dry and unappealing; I would have hoped for something better from a hotel in the Accor group. The complimentary high tea in the afternoon was a bit poor for what was promised. It’s a nice little gesture, but we only went twice as it was quite boring. There are three restaurants in the resort; the menu however is the same in all of them. The food was generally very good, ranging from Indian and Goan to Indo-Chinese and some Western dishes. The only bar is located in the Manos restaurant. The hotel caters a lot to conferences etc which means Manos is closed to other guests. Order a drink in another outlet, and you wait for ages for it to be brought from Manos. Not very satisfactory. The restaurant staff were mostly friendly and helpful, some seemed poorly trained, disinterested and a bit lazy. An exception was Walter who was brilliant and also very well spoken and thoughtful, and one of the few who showed initiative. The pool was nice and clean, but sometimes swamped by rowdy conference delegates. My husband had a few good massages in the spa. I went for a few morning walks on the island and we took the ferry to the next island, plus a boat tour where we even saw a few crocodiles! All in all, a nice quiet retreat.

We planned this as a quick getaway for my elderly parents. Ms. Sheena at the reception made sure that not only my parents had ground floor room but also the 2 rooms were adjacent to each other and within walking distance to the restaurant. A big shout out to Chef Kapil who made sure that my parents had food that would suit their palates. We can't thank you enough. These may be minor issues for some people and often we take these for granted but in Mercure Devaaya all small details were given attention that they deserved! The GM Mr .Pagi was personally supervising and making sure that everything and everyone is well taken care of! Staff at the resort were super attentive. Thank you to Ms. Trupti for making sure that my parents aways felt at home! Thank you Ms. Priyanka for your kindness. The rooms are beautiful and cosy. They overlook rive Mandovi and that's a sight to behold! A perfect getaway for family. We would love to come back again. We are grateful to all the staff for making this a memorable vacation for us!

Overall a very beautiful property away from all the hustle and bustle of the cities. There is some renovations going on but it didn't bother us. The view of the river from the room was so calming. They also organised a mangrove boat trip which was very informative. We were here to celebrate a birthday and the staff made sure it was a memorable one. Special thanks to the manager Nilesh Noronha for taking care of us. Our server Hluten was very attentive and attended to all our requests. Also, a shoutout to chef Prakash, who made amazing ghee masala dosa for breakfast. We will definitely return to this one.

This was an excellent resort that I have ever stayed at in Goa. One of the best experiences that I have had in terms of hospitality, food and ambience. The staff were amazing right from the reception to restaurants to support etc. We stayed here for 3 nights and everybody was very kind and friendly. The room rental felt very reasonable to me for the kind of room I stayed at. The food & drinks menu was little expensive but after all this was touristy place so can’t help there I guess. One of the staff Sankdip and Ashish were great help too. Thanks a lot for good relaxing time.

Very well maintained, beautifully landscaped, ambience and amazing plants. The staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous. Sankhadip, Rini, Ashish deserve a special mention for their warmth, and attentiveness with the elders in our group. Food was well presented and tasty!

My experience of mercure devaa was so wonderful .Everthing was too good as i thought .Breakfast buffet was delicious and too many options.service is excellent .special thanks Mr ashish and sankhdip makes my stay very comfrtable .we will visit again thanks ⁷
