The bedsheets were so dirty, I had to ask the staff to change them, even afterwards they were still not very clean. They did not have towels for the hands nor for the feet so after the shower you just wet your room. Even the beds by the pool were not clean it looked like it had bird poop on it. The bathroom was really unpleasant, old, and was not the cleanest. They were supposed to clean my room when I was out but that did not happen. I had to extend my my stay, and my room was changed, there was no comparaison between the two room. The second room was way cleaner, the bathroom was fine and I had TOWELS! The staff was helpful , despite the fact that one of them was lying to my face many times, they made me pay 350k for laundry which is 20€ when I never paid more than 100k before. When I asked how much was the laundry the staff told me 50k, it’s only when I came back to get it that he told me it was per kilos so I will have to pay 350k. Of course they « could not » give me my money back. I would find another hotel if I were you, they always want to scam you and take advantage of you !

前台小哥哥人特別好，我的轉換插頭帶錯了，附近也沒有賣的，他一直在幫我問他的同事，最後終於幫我借到了，退房的時候説這個轉換插頭送我了，因為這邊可能不太好買，真的特別感謝。 服務，環境，和飯菜都很棒，推薦大家預訂這家店哦

Untuk shower terlihat kotor dan air dari shower krluar kurang keras. Untuk fasilitas yang lain sudah bagus dan nyaman

很精緻的酒店，在頂樓就可以看到海，非常用心，英文服務也不錯。游泳池很漂亮，一直在下雨，沒用上，很安靜，靠山面海。

Отель не новый, но чисто и всё есть (холодильник , чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, наборы для душа и чая, горячая вода). Вместо пододеяльника простыня. Расположение не удобное: на пляже в отлив сложно искупаться, нужно около 50 метров идти по острым камням и обломкам кораллов. Рядом нет никакой инфраструктуры, только одни отели. Но поесть в отеле можно вкусно, быстро и по обычной цене. Завтраки только без мяса. Сервис традиционно хороший.

A cozy and very quiet place to enjoy time with family. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The food is very tasty and the Hotel is also very clean. You can find a beach around it..

This hotel is a very good budget option only 10 minutes from Senggigi. We’ve stayed here a week in October for MotoGP Mandalika and rode our scooters in to the track. Staff are friendly and polite as usual. Breakfast was very basic but delicious. The pool is fantastic! In partial shade throughout the morning. **NO ALCOHOL AVAILABLE to purchase at this hotel** Only downside was housekeeping were a little slow to replace towels and to provide more toilet paper but always did so on request.

Big room.clean and comfort with very friendly and helpful team.menu was good and simple menu.very recomended to stay at Diva Resort Lombok.Rooms was big with private terrace. Location is easy to find and 5 minute walking at the beach with white sand and some palm trees

The hotel is really nice, comfortable, the service is very good, the food in the restaurant is also really good, the room is also very comfortable,,the pool is also spacious,,anyway I really recommend it for staycation here.

Cute boutique hotel with big rooms. Great pool area. Downside is they do not serve alcohol at restaurant. Positive is the staff are lovely. When I thought I forgot my iPad the staff were gracious in helping me locate it (which is did). Great inexpensive place to stay.
