公寓很新，設施比較齊全，環境很安靜，位置距離市中心地區很近，步行去哪裡都特方便。 每7天打掃一次衞生，我們住6天，所以沒有人打掃，要靠自己維持。 入住的時候出了點插曲，因為辦理入住的酒店和這個公寓不是一個地址，又由於Google 給出地址錯誤，所以找入住用了1個小時。

Superb location, an easy walk to all areas of Malaga. The apartment is freshly decorated, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The Hotel del Pintor, 250m down the road, can provide breakfast, but there are so many great options in town that we didn't try the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a wonderful second visit to the Suites del Pinter. This very well equipped accommodation is immaculate. There is a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds and sofas. Perfectly situated and only a short walk to the city’s historic centre. All staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The Teatro de Cervantes is just a 150 meters down the Road where we experienced a performance by the Malaga Philamonic Orchestra and 80plus persons choir. Amazing! Also close was the Museo de Arte Flamenco,Peña Juan Breva where we enjoyed an incredible evening of passionate flamenco in an authentic setting. Malaga has so much to offer and staying in this accommodation made our holiday extra special.

The Suites Del Pintor Apartments provide clean spacious accommodation in a location close to the old town. It is a new building with a shared access to some private apartments. The room look out onto a small central atrium and the contemporary design allows any sound to be magnified. Our room was on the ground floor and the windows looked out directly onto the public area so for privacy, our shutter were closed for the whole week. This makes the apartment feel enclosed putting you off from cooking or relaxing in it. There is parking available below the building which is accessible via a car lift. You have to book in at the Hotel Del Pintor which is a 300m walk. Probably more suitable for short stay rather than the week we stayed for.

You arrive at an attractive traditional Spanish style building, but internally the building has been updated and is very contemporary. All areas are spotlessly clean, with a lovely glass panelled staircase and a modern lift. Our apartment was immaculate, with loads of storage space in the bedroom, nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and comfortable living space which included a kitchen area and dining table. The kitchen was well equipped so easy to self cater. The roof top solarium was a lovely area to relax in the sun, shaded and sunny areas with nice outdoor furniture. The location was ideal a short straight walk down to the centre starting in one of Malaga’s main squares where Picasso was born, but also in the immediate area on the walk to the square there are lots of local bars, eateries, corner shops etc, we kept finding something new each day. You need to check in at the Hotel Del Pintor, which is just down the road. Very friendly staff at the reception, who will help you with anything you need to know about Malaga.
