Free parking is available for in-house guests. Stadthuys Aldy Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Porta de Santiago and a 10-minute walk from Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre. Jonker Walk is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The air-conditioned rooms at the hotel are fitted with a minibar and TV with satellite channels. Hot shower facilities are provided in each en suite bathroom. Select rooms offer a bathtub. At Bamboo Hut Bistro, guests can watch live football matches, while enjoying a variety of Italian and local dishes. This is our guests favourite part of Melaka, according to independent reviews. NOTE: Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10. 00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in. TAX: With immediate effect, City Council of Malacca will impose a Local Council Heritage Tax of MYR 2 per room per night for 0-5 star rating. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply.
