I would like to share my experience with the customer service of Hotel A, Zalec. Recently, I sent an email to the hotel late in the evening, and to my surprise, they responded almost immediately and very quickly. This thoughtfulness deserves praise, as we know how challenging it can be to provide answers at such late hours. The response email was clearly articulated, polite, and contained precise information, which was extremely valuable to me. The patience and expertise of the customer service staff is outstanding, and their efficiency is truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the management for their selection and training of the staff. It is evident that the hotel places great emphasis on providing the best for its guests, and this is reflected in their excellent customer service. Thank you for the fantastic experience, and I look forward to being a guest at Hotel A, Zalec again. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service!

Hotel di recente costruzione all'uscita dell' autostrada che da Lubiana porta a Maribor, a pochi Km da Celje. Di recente costruzione . Moderno e con camere belle e silenziose. Palestra e Sauna in loco. Colazione nella norma e ristorante e bar dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel di fianco all’autostrada, ma le camere super insonorizzate e poste sul lato opposto. Hotel nuovo e moderno, letti e cuscini da 5 stelle, Wi-Fi molto forte! Parcheggio ampio e reception 24h. Colazione varia ed abbondante, unica “pecca” bagno un po’ piccolo il mio. Un hotel così bello a Lubiana sarebbe tranquillamente da 250€ a notte. Complìmenti
