There is bathroom with shower and a well equiped kitchen.
2 beaches are near by. The sandy beach of Makrigialos located 300 meters away and the beach of "kalamokanias", the pebble beach located 200 meters away....
The old harbor of Makrigialos, with the fish taverns, the cafes and the bars is located only 200meters away.
Large free parking area. A small garden and Bbq space.
For the monthly rentals the electricity is charged extra with 0.20eur/Kwh.
