Lots of refurbishment since the last time we were here in 2016. Previously it was good and now it is excellent ! Most important is its location which is near the clock tower entrance. You dont need to walk far to the mosque unlike Fairmont for eg.

Excellent location inside zamzam tower. Very convenient for activities in haram, culinary and shopping.

Best location, perfect for those who wants to go to haram. Elevators are good comfortable. But wifi is a little bit slow, and with some of the stuff in reception I didn’t satisfied

While I’m still staying in the hotel, couldn’t wait to review the hotel after checkout, excellent location, suitable rooms, ease of everything in vicinity most importantly the benefit of directly entering Haram from within the hotel at gate which leads to Mataf I’ve been enjoying f&b services from highly professionals who are just at your service constantly, to name a few is Idrees, Chef Imran, highly courteous F&B director who personally is present during the busy breakfast operations. Actually I’m sure captain of this place is a true leader who can have such qualified team. Their operation is crazy busy. Managed some pictures only without offending other customers

We arrived on Aug 5th and left on Aug 8th. 1. We did not get the room we had booked and were put in a suite. 2. The bathroom sink was clogged and we had the tech come 3 times, each time he tried to fix it and it did not work - went right back to clogging. It was horrible using a clogged sink for our 3 days of stay. 3. The AC never went below 23.5C and added to the sunlight from outside, the room was not at all comfortable. We were close to sweating. We asked for a refund, but they denied it and said booking was non-refundable. There is unfortunately no concept of customer service or accountability. They should be penalised in some shape or form and not get away with this. This is not right, we did not get what we paid for. Apparently this is a 5 star hotel. Even a 2 star rated hotel in the usa would be more accountable and treat the customer right and try to atleast make up by offering some rebate/refund.

Had a wonderful stay in Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana Makkah for six nights. This is our frequent stay hotel.. whenever we are here in Makkah this is the only place we stay in.. and every time we are here, Mr. Safwan from the engineering department does his best to look into our needs and have a comfortable stay.. chef Imran took great care of what kids wanted and attended to all the guests.. Wazeem from the house keeping did an amazing job keeping the rooms clean when we return from the mosque.. this place gave us a warm welcome and the best service from the staff.. It's exceptionally clean and spacious, big and comfortable beds. Wazeem from the house keeping is really good with his cleaning and he makes the room on time.. It's close to the kabaah gate.. very convenient. Food & drinks The food was super good and had a good variety and the kids love the food.. Chef Imran & Chef Abrar took good care of us and his service is simply superb.and waiter arsalan does an amazing job cleaning the table and looking into our needs..❤️
