Great food and Service Everything is top notch and we did enjoy our stay so much

Book for 3 nights with breakfast, they allowed us to check in at 2pm on the first day. Unfortunately we had to change our plan and check out a day before our booking date, but they are not allowed us to refund the breakfast on the last day, nor transfer our room to our friends. So yeah, a bit dissapointment on the policy. Breakfast is good, pastries is deilicious, but not much variety of the menu

Really nice to stay here. Perfect bed, linen and spacious room. Staffs are friendly. The only minus is the variation of breakfast and no rice here. Other than that everything was perfec. t

*************, from location to the room amenities, I am forever grateful that I have finally chosen this Hotel. The only minor downside which I believe could be easily improved, is the food breakfast variety. If youre an Asian who loves rice spread for morning breakfast probably you might want to consider to opt that out. Apart from that, excellent.

Breakfast was very good , nice view from the breakfast restaurant, big and clean room , just few minutes walk to Haram

Everything was very good, classic room with bathtub. The only minus was on breakfast. The hotel has 2 restaurants, international buffet (69 SR) in 21st floor while far east buffet (55 SR) in 8th floor. Unfortunatel,y the menu varian in each restaurant was very low. With these price, the menu varian on breakfast must be added

Excellent location and clean hotel. Mr. Nadeem at Concierge was very helpful. Housekeeping was efficient and always helpful. I booked additional day by mistake; ask the hotel to amend the booking reservation to amend the booking but they didn't accept the modification request. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient variety.

I had a lovely stay, they let me check in an hour early and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, one has alot of options to choose from. Moreover the room was very clean! And they even helped me with booking taxis every time i asked! The best part you have an amazing Haram view from the breakfast place, and its only 10 minutes walk to Haram!!

It was one of the best hotel stays I ever had. I have no one single negative comments about this hotel. From check in to check out everything perfect. Room service and restaurant dining prices are reasonable. Walking distance to Haram

Lack of food variety, very good location

Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Service was excellent with very friendly staff. Location was very close to Al Haram. We love our stay and will definitely return.

Good hotel, good room, food delicious, location is near to Alharam. And also nice people, special for Mr. Ammar Saleh Al Ahmadi, because Mr. Ammar help us for the express check in, good job and 5 star for Mr. Ammar I love this hotel I love the food I Will come back again to this hotel, insyaallah
