Al Jiwar Hotel

This hotel very very bad management, all floor dirty, plafon broken need to maintanance, 9 bedroom only 1 bathroom, so you must wake up early for take shower because only 1 toilet, Im stay here for 5 days, bad water sanitation, smell bad, someting flying on your bed, I see some cocoroce I think they never have schedule for pest control, the door toilet dirty never scrab. If in indonesia the cleans better oyyo and reddoor. I just wanna say your hotel verry dissaster. The positive only 1 that your area near by masjidil harram 200m walk. Oh ya 1 more, your lift to need to mantainance+need more on GT floor, you can imaging 1000 guest only 2 elevator near by masjidil harram, oh my good. Food taste : nice, taste of asia, but restaurant its not like hotel but look like cafetaria, event all poaple eat on same time no more space disaster!!. For sure I dont wont comeback to this hotel! Disaster!! Slow service, no body care from staff hotel if mutawif not call them. For travel agent Please kindly make your group comfort for Ibadah check properly room+key+facillty working properly or not!!, dont make them shock after the arrival on this hotel. Thank you
