I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, which overall offers a decent experience. The hotel is notably clean and boasts a partial view of the Kaaba from Tower 2, 8th floor. However, the view is not of the Kaaba itself, but rather its surroundings. Unfortunately, the alternative view from the room overlooks a construction site, which is quite unpleasant. One downside is the lack of some basic amenities: there were no toothbrushes or hairdryers provided in the room, which I would expect from a 5-star establishment. On a positive note, the shuttle service to the Haram is excellent—it's very fast, taking only about 3 minutes, and there's no waiting time. This convenience is a major plus for anyone looking to visit the Haram frequently. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel is okay for a 5-star rating, mainly due to its cleanliness and efficient shuttle service.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

Very good location and have 10 mins shuttle to Haram. The hotel is new and 5* service you could expect. They have a fantastic prayer room in 36th Floor where you get uninterrupted Kaaba view.

Review: My stay at Address Jabal Omar Hotel was almost akin to experiencing a six-star accommodation, had it not been for a couple of setbacks. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur of the hotel and the warm reception from the staff. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly due to issues encountered during check-in, which disrupted the otherwise seamless experience. Moreover, the bathroom facilities didn't meet the high standards I expected. Despite these challenges, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were truly impressive. The luxurious atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service, left a lasting positive impression on me. Nevertheless, my stay was still delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fabulous and memorable experience.
