Hotel hardware n facilities a bit old, location is good nearby the green belt and close to malls that connecting to most of the places Plenty food options. But, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very expensive (2 people 160USD) and food is not fresh. Diarrhea and vomit after the meal. Do not recommend.

Good location near shopping center and train station.Water in the shower not warm. Stay two nights but no room cleaning, no coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel refill.

good food, nice room except for the toilet there's a leak n i had a hard time figuring out how to use the shower

Location of the electric plug is under the desk which is not convenient. There are no USB points in the room. The blanket is not warm enough and the room is so cold that the air cond has to be off.

Was given a room without bidet and hair dryer, AC and fridge not cold and visible moulds in the ceiling. The room is quite old and does not befit of 5 star status. I was relocated to a better room after giving this feedback but just wondering why they still give this kind of room to their guest? The hotel has seen its better times and quite jaded. I have to say that the hotel staff service is good, friendly and accommodating typical of Filipino renowned hospitality.

Well located with many malls ie. Glorietta, SM mall etc. Many restarants n not far from the airport. Very helpful staff. The room was nice with firm pillows & bed. Strong wifi & water pressure. Layout of room a little awkward.

Located very close to Greenbelt mall and SM which is great for shopping and eating. The room was amazing and was offered an upgrade at check-in. The service was amazing, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when traveling through manila.

Great food and good staff
