Private: property 700 m2, beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool round, heated (5 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Available: bicycles (3) (extra). House maid on request (extra). Half board possible on request (extra). Airport transfer (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 3.9 km, shingle beach 1.7 km, rocky beach 1.2 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation.
