The Diwa Club by Alila

Location - beautiful Amenities - amazing Staff - very friendly and so helpful overall - The Alila Club experience was just fantastic so definitely my only stay choice in Goa. The rooms are so spacious with individual balconies to enjoy your quiet time facing the lovely pool. The pools are well maintained with great landscaping in the perfect location. The breakfast cannot be missed. They make the best Dosa's I've ever had.

It's not often that we return to hotels, but we were very happy to find ourselves back at the Diwa Club by Alila. We really love this hotel and were so pleased to see so many familiar faces who made our stay, yet again, an excellent one. Staying over on 'club side' is definitely the right choice for us - great rooms with a fabulous pool for early morning swimming before it gets too hot! We think the food and drink options across the entire hotel are of a very high standard, with The Edge providing an AC haven with a great 'light bites' menu that worked for us. Every member of staff clearly goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a fabulous stay - the housekeeping team and gardeners clearly work tirelessly, we really appreciated their hard work. Our thanks go to everyone at Alila but there were a few who (we can only apologise!) had to put up with us quite a bit! Thank you Chelsea for answering our endless questions prior to and during our stay and to Ramchandra for all of the pool love (Colin we were so happy to see you, even if very briefly). And, finally, to those who kept us permanently fed and with a drink (or drinks) in hand - Sawrab, Mevan, Velanciao, Soulman & Saina. It was great to catch up - a year on - with Dinesh who has become truly skilled in the art of service and also with Sourav, who was always on hand with his true professionalism and commitment to making sure guests have the ultimate Alila experience. Our family had a fantastic stay at Alila Diwa Club Goa! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Breanna, Christopher, and Arun at the Front Desk ensured a smooth check-in, making us feel right at home. The Food and Beverage team—Somnath, Noah, Ritu, and Kiran—provided outstanding service, enhancing our dining experiences. While a complimentary upgrade wasn’t available for our stay, we truly appreciated the one-night upgrade with WOH points. The only inconvenience we faced was at the Edge restaurant, where our food orders were delayed by an hour. That said, the Alila Club staff was incredibly attentive to our kids, making our stay extra special. A standout touch was the thoughtful parting gifts—board games—provided by the front desk at checkout, which the kids absolutely loved. Overall, a wonderful experience at a beautiful property with attentive staff. We would definitely return!

Amazing experience. The rooms are expansive, super comfortable, clean and with huge balconies all facing the pool. 600m away from beach and the shuttle is available at your disposal to go to beach and come back. The facility is maintained very well, beautifully architected and epitome of luxury. Very good food options which are very reasonable as compared to other similar properties. Kids enjoy kids and movie club. Lots of activities to do including Spa and Yoga It was my wife’s birthday and they surprised us with beautiful decoration and a cake. Also upgraded us to a suite with bubble bath and various amenities. Airport transfers are always included. You can have customized breakfast at any time of the day. Also high tea and evening sundowners with snacks are complimentary. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Alila and Hyatt.

Your entire staff were amazing , we have tried to name the exceptional members but everyone we met in the Diwa club were excellent. Sourav & Meena made our holiday The building is amazing India is incredible but it is your staff members we will remember this holiday for : Sourav - Bistro manager - absolutely amazing service , exceptional customer service , exceptional manner , Sourav in particular made our holiday , he works so hard to please each and every customer , talking to everyone about their individual likes and dislikes and then reflecting that feedback in personalised orders and making every meal or a drink a special occasion. He is an example to his staff and that is reflected in their manner and they all should aspire to be like him - thank you Sourav Of note, my wife was slightly ill on Thursday night and Sourav organised a ginger tea remedy to help , he has no idea what this meant to her and how it helped - over and above normal service , Sourav thank you His Bistro staff are all amazing but Soumen & Rita stood out but we would like to thank Noah , Raju & Sain - they all made every request or meal or drink special Meena - Spice studio - lovely Meena, from day 1 in the Diwa club Meena looked after us , advising on cuisine , drinks , accompaniments and what to do, she was amazing and lit up the restaurant. She made every meal , every course and every glass of wine special Meena to us, is everything India is - friendly warm funny and so polite Meena is a credit to the hotel and we miss her

Every area of the hotel is well tended and clean. Staff are polite, respectful and helpful. All the restaurants serve tasty and well presented dishes which are reasonably priced. The rooms are attractive with very large beds, comfortable mattresses and pillows.
