La Maison Charentonneau

The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. The area seemed very safe and quiet. The house itself is a nice stroll away from a gorgeous park area on the seine, on top of that I was surprised that there was a bakery very close open until 830 pm and a small grocery store/deli/bodega open late as well. Aside from that, since it is a family-oriented neighborhood there is a nice proper grocery store, pharmacies, cafe etc all within a short walk. I didn't use the metro [which was also very close] but it was only a 20minute cab ride to the marais or 3rd, and 30 to the 5th/6th for context. I suspect it would be a gorgeous bike ride as well.

Amazing service and very friendly staff would recommend to any friend. Thank you. They helped us get in to our place early and they helped us weigh our things for a follow on plane ride, and they were very quick to respond to anything we needed.

Thanks to the occasion, I once again stayed at this hotel. I was very glad to see friendly and good-natured hostesses. And once again Elena facilitated my stay in this city. Our family had a wonderful stay at La Maison Charentonneau. The room is spick-and-span. The bed, pillows sheets and towels are clean and comfortable. The location is a quiet neighborhood that is only 4 min walk to M8 metro line which takes you directly to downtown Paris. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The price is very fair. I highly recommend this place.

This property is an awesome place to stay with your friends or family. Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the reception to the restaurant staff to the house keeping staff, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. 🥰

Bed and breakfast molto ben curato, ottimo sia la pulizia che i servizi... sicuramente lo suggerirei sia ad amici che colleghi. Aggiungere la colazione per completare il pacchetto. Molto gentile anche per prenotarci il taxi per il giorno della partenza.

J’ai réservé dans cet établissement en avril 2023, jusque-là aucun problème. J’ai désiré avoir des renseignements, je les ai appeler à plusieurs reprises sur leur téléphone portable,sans aucune réponse malgré plusieurs messages laisser. j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails, aucune réponse de leur part. J’avais réservé une chambre pour deux nuits avec les petits déjeuners, et je leur ai demandé si il était possible de servir le petit déjeuner à partir de 7h du matin, car nous avions des réunions à partir de 8h du matin, donc impossible de pouvoir déjeuner. Il nous a été catégoriquement refusé de pouvoir déjeuner avant huit heures, donc nous avons payé les petits déjeuners pour rien deux matins de suite 😡😡😡, il nous a simplement répondu d’aller à la boulangerie chercher de quoi se restaurer (à nos frais). N’oubliez surtout pas, si vous avez réservé les petits déjeuners, il faut les prévenir la veille, si vous arrivez à trouver quelqu’un!!!, comme quoi vous allez déjeuner le lendemain, sinon vous n’aurez absolument rien à déjeuner. Au niveau de la chambre, le ménage n’est pas fait régulièrement, les draps et le ménage ne sont pas changer pendant votre séjour ,nous avons même trouvé des vieilles chaussettes toute sale 🤮. La douche est une catastrophe, ça fuit de partout, et ils sont encore avec des vieilles pommes de douche. J’avais demander également une place de parking, mais tout était déjà complet, pourtant la réservation était réalisé deux mois avant notre venue. Je trouve pour le tarif que nous avons réglé pour deux nuits avec les petits déjeuners, 320 €, cela est vraiment excessif c’est abusé. Je vous conseille, de trouver un autre établissement, car les photos sont belles et certains commentaires laissés sont certainement les propriétaires. Fuyez !!!

C’est mon deuxième séjour à La Maison Charentonneau ; comme la dernière fois tout s’est très très bien passé et ça a été très agréable.

Accueil sympathique .Agréable surprise ... Un super chien qui vous souhaite le bonjour ! Belle chambre, literie confortable . au calme. J'y retournerai avec plaisir si j'ai l'occasion. Je recommande ++
