Conocimos sobre este alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto, por una plataforma internacional de hoteles porque tenía una excelente valoración, llegamos después de las 10:30 pm por demora de llegada a Maiquetía de nuestro vuelo, nos coordinaron el traslado y al llegar quedamos gratamente sorprendidos de lo lindo, limpio y cómodo que es todo el lugar. Camas confortables con más de 2 almohadas y cojines, habitaciones y baño amplios, aire acondicionado impecable y lo mejor, una atención personalizada y con desayuno incluido en una hermosa terraza con muchos árboles y ventilación. Felicitamos al equipo del hotel!! Será siempre nuestra opción cuando necesitemos dormir cerca del aeropuerto. El traslado del aeropuerto al hotel hay que pagarlo, otros hoteles lo tienen gratis, les recomendaría ofrecer este servicio.

Poco profesional, poco fiable y que no responde: evitar. Cancelaron mi reserva (que hice a través de ***********) sin notificarme a mí ni a ***********, simplemente porque no pudieron responder a mi pregunta sobre qué método prefieren para el prepago. En lugar de responder y encontrar juntos una solución que no sea Zelle (los europeos no usan Zelle), cancelaron la reserva (pero la dejaron válida en *********** con la esperanza de marcar el caso como un "no show" a su favor "). El peor. They cancelled my reservation (which I made via booking) without notifying me or ***********, simply because they could not answer my question about which method of payment they prefer for the pre-payment. Instead of answering and finding a solution together that is not Zelle (Europeans do not use Zelle), they cancelled the reservation (but they left it valid on *********** in the hope of marking the case as a "non show" to their advantage"). Worst.
