Through the recommendations of friends we decided to stay here and we were not disappointed at all. There was a hiccup on my part for the after hours check in but luckily for a us a staff worker from Croatia helped us navigate the check in. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean and very quiet. You can even do limited meal preparation in your room. Like a previous comment all staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will not be disappointed by staying here!!

A great location, across from a large park but easy walking distance to train station and Dom. Larger room with good sized bath with super shower. Had no problem storing bikes. They might want to upgrade television package for guests (nothing but local channels). Breakfast was good. If we return to Mainz we would look forward to staying here again. Bravo to the great staff!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The facility is in excellent shape and is cleaned daily. The interactions with all of the staff was just great, friendly, polite, and professional all at the same time. Eager and willing to answer questions, or provide advice, to make the stay more enjoyeable. The breakfast put out daily is sufficient for what you need to get your day started; sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, water. The room we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. Small refridgerator with a 2-burner invenction stove. Water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was wonderful. Cleaning performed on the room was always spot-on. The location is great a few minutes walk from the main Train Station, variety of restaurants within walking distance, maybe an 8-minute walk and you are walking along the Rhine River. If I ever need to have another stay in Mainz this will definitely be my first choice.

O hotel está próximo da estação de trens (o que é interessante para quem viaja com malas ou quer conhecer as cidades próximas) e a uma boa caminhada até o centro antigo. As instalações são adequadas mas passamos calor, tinha ventilador mas o quarto estava abafado. Há um café expresso de cortesia com opção de sanduíche, bolo, suco e café. Ficamos 3 noites e fomos jantar sempre no centro antigo, que é muito lindo. Muito fácil para ir direto ao aeroporto de Frankfurt.

Das Guesthaouse liegt praktisch nah am Bahnhof und bequem zur Innenstadt, mehrere nette Lokale sind ums Eck. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Da ich für mehrere Tage da war, war es sehr angenehm, einen Wasserkocher zu haben, sonst habe ich die Küche nicht genutzt, und der sehr laute Kühlschrank stört beim Schlafen eher. Es war insgesamt recht hellhörig, ich hatte viele Störgeräusche (Tritte, Poltern, lautes Gerätebrummen und Musik) aus dem Gebäude. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war dank guter Fenster der Straßenlärm ok. Größte Kritikpunkte: 1. mein Zimmerfenster ging zur Straßenseite und das Schild des Guesthouse leuchtet enorm grell ins Zimmer. 2. es war (bei Außentemperaturen deutlich unter 20Grad) viel zu warm im Zimmer, egal wasich an der Temperaturregelung eingestellt hatte.
