The morning manager and staff on the Sunday were lovely, very accommodating and helpful, as was the guy in reception at check-in, however, unfortunately our stay was ruined by the terrible smell in the room, the bedroom smelt very bad and it hit you as soon as you opened the door, the bathroom smelt worse, the smell would not go, we thought it may disperse but unfortunately not. We were unaware on booking that our rooms window is would not open, there was a sign in the wall informing us this, being a hot weekend in May the room not only smelt awful but also was so incredibly hot that we had 2 terrible nights sleep, this could have been made easier if there was some kind of cooling system in the room but there was only heating, which is of zero use in the summer. The room was not cleaned after our first night, the towels were not changed, no clean cups and no replacement of the used teas and coffees, overall a very disappointing stay, the hotel was fully booked and there were no alternative rooms, although the corridor outside also had a strange smell so I'm not sure a room change would have helped. We chose Premier because the hotels are usually clean, comfortable and affordable, unfortunately this was a costly weekend salvageable only because we were leaving the room all day for events so only had to endure the nights in what was essentially a stinking sweat box.

Charlene was amazing made my stay here absolutely incredible 10/10 service! Couldn’t top the level of care and hospitality. Helpful friendly and just really fantastic levels of customer service from the moment I arrived to checkout!!!!

The staff at Maidstone Premier Inn are outstanding. My father recently had to stay there long term after a flood to his home. They took amazing care of him. We are extremely grateful. I also enjoy my stays very much, the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for two nights and both were amazing. We had a quick check in and were welcomed warmly on the 18th by a young girl who was super polite and talkative and she explained how to use the car park. The second night there was a blonde lady named Charle I believe and a man with long ish hair who served us who were both very polite and quick with service and also making sure to other better deals for us if we were to have a few more drinks in the bar area. The rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. We also had a great breakfast before we left for the journey home.

Paola was fantastic at check in. Really helpful. Charleen also assisted and both ladies were wonderful. Rooms were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. I would use this hotel again. We booked 4 rooms and the front desk managed to get us all rooms together. Great nights stay.
