Apesar de a equipa da recepção ter sido impecável para a troca de um quarto com banheira, conforme solicitação aquando da reserva, o mesmo apenas apresentava toalhas pequenas - faltaram as grandes, as de banho. Torneira da banheira com grande fuga de agua, com a agua a esguichar por todo o lado. Logo pelas 9h da manhã, obras num quarto do hotel no mesmo piso, sendo que parecia que estavam no mesmo quarto, tal era o barulho. Uma nota: a funcionária da recepção quis saber como correu, ao que mencionei o ocorrido, e como resposta, recebo um: "para a próxima corre melhor...!"

Camas e Almofadas pouco confortáveis, camas mal feitas, parede da casa de banho com corrimentos amarelos, pó e pêlos na zona da cabeceira, mini-bar com bolor...

Hotel com classificação demasiado elevada. Deveria ser um 3 estrelas

Bom hotel e bom quarto. Fomos atendidos por uma rapariga que estava na tarde de 08/03 mas infelizmente não sei o Nome dela. Uma ótima recepcionista, ficamos muito bem atendidos e num ótimo quarto (309).

Muito bom hotel, bom atendimento, ambiente agradável, recomendo a todos.

Great hotel. I had a lovely stay.. the room was clean.. breakfast was awesome.. and for just 19.90€ the dinner was good and tasty too.. and with a plus cause the metro is just round the corner.. So to the airport and to Porto is just a few meters away..

Given a room full of Bugs and had to switch. The room we switched to had its washbasin fall off while brushing our teeth. One of the chairs broke when sat upon with our grandson. But the staff were excellent . The afforded all the courtesy possible.

What a pathetic excuse for a hotel! It might have been a 4 star hotel back in the days when it was new, but this is what happens if you don't invest in renovation and skilled personnel. Due to a double booking in the hotel I regularly visit I ended here. The lady at the reception "welcomes me back" at my check in, although I visited the hotel never before. I never had such a fake and impersonal experience before. The rooms are outdated, the furniture is broken, the carpet is totally worn out and smells really bad. Shower and bathroom aren't clean. Breakfast is nothing special: dry bread, overcooked egg, watery coffee and a waitress with an attitude. This was a once in my lifetime, I'd never go back to this place.

We were here on a business trip. We booked 5 rooms. On arrival very late afternoon, 3 rooms were not ready. Unidentified problems, no further explanation. In none of the rooms the window could be opened. And, no proper ventilation, imagine the smell... Mould in bathroom in one chamber. Everything outdated. Some staff were friendly and helpful

En general es horrible!!!!pero o que me ha chocado y jamás he escuchado es...el aire condicionad no funciona en la habitación y la ventana no se puede abrir salvo se firmas una hoja de responsabilidad y entonces te dan una llave para abrir y ahun tienes que pagar 20 euros de depósito asta que devolvas la llave...es un hotel o un hospital o una cárcel....no he entendido....que tengas que firmar y pagar para abrir la ventana de una habitación que no funciona el aire acondicionado...4 estrellas?????
