Service was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - 1 minute walking from a nice terrace overlooking cruise ships, 10 minutes from the bus station. Very clean. I had a single room, which was smaller than 10 m2 (was rather ~6 m2), it was ensuite, but the toilet and shower were made out of glass, was a bit strange to see them from bed and made a feeling of sleeping in a bathroom..

Estupenda ubicación, tiene parking pagado. Cerca hay donde comer y sitios a visitar. También te ayudan con el arriendo de auto y me dieron dato de in parking free cercano.

Excelente ubicación y limpieza, personal muy amable, repetiría si volviera por la zona.

Hôtel moderne, très propre, en plein centre de Mahon. La literie est confortable. Neamoins, l'isolation phonique des chambres laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour un prix raisonnable.

Lo único negativo es que se escuchaba bastante a las otras habitaciones, por lo demás todo perfecto. El personal súper amable y servicial, repetiría sin dudarlo.

As a family of four needing a weekend break I struggled to find a hotel within budget so booked here. We were so pleasantly surprised. Great friendly service at reception. So clean ! Great location . Best of all we had 2 large double bedrooms with a lounge area . Fridge /coffee machine/kettle. Honestly think it is one of best family rooms we have ever booked. Would definitely use again!

Was there 3 nights in May. Had compact but well -designed single room. Great location, new & bright, excellent staff, and wonderful breakfast at 8.5 euros. Google Maps route (Esplanda that becomes Ses Moreres - RT Bastió that becomes Deià that becomes s'Arravaleta - RT Placa del Princep) is a relatively easy walk from the bus terminal with hourly civic buses from the airport. (Excellent airport facilities at Mahón. The public island bus service - pay by cash - is great for all of Menorca!) Unfortunately, no coffee maker in Jume rooms. You can pay a euro for a teabag or instant coffee in the lobby (free cookie!) or take your own tea/coffee, use the lobby kettle & return to your room by the elevator. I used the hotel website to book. I definitely recommend Jume-Urban Rooms.

Excellent location overlooking the port and next to the market.Funky modern Scandi decor .Spotlessly clean ( although small) room, soft pillows and very comfortable mattress. Good breakfast with an array of cheese and meats (e9 extra) . Close to everything -10 mins walk to bus station . Nice local restaurant next door. Very helpful staff . Def recommended

I booked a room for a single person and I was upgraded to a nice double room with a small patio. The place was amazing and affordable. Good location and great service. If you need a value for money place to stay, this is the place for you. I tried their breakfast too and I guess it was not too bad if you are short of time or in a rush to explore Mahon.

L’hotel è e situato a pochi passi dal centro, ideale per chi vuole visitare la città . Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile. La nostra camera era molto grande,pensandoche fosse per 3 ,aveva due bagni, una grande comodità. La colazione veramente buona: abbondante e variegata, con opzioni sia dolci che salate, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. una buona scelta per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole vicino al centro.

Jamás me han hecho pagar unas sábanas, y menos por tener dos rayones de bolígrafo que pueden haber sido hechos por ellos mismos. Los recepcionistas son prepotentes y se atreven a gritarte. Es lo peor que me he encontrado nunca en una pensión. Lo peor de mi viaje a Menorca:
