Friendly hotel , clean , involves every body The entrainment are amazing but lorenzo is the best Kids always gravitate towards him And he always gets every family member involved with a smile on his face Can’t fault anything apart from the ques in the restaurant

Amazing the team animation was so fun had so many different activities that was very entertaining and interesting and every show was outstanding the dances 10/10 they are so kind and helpful with anything would definitely recommend!!

We had a 10 night stay and overall we had a lovely holiday… We booked the holiday over a year ago and for a family of 6 so cost a hell of a lot of money - we were disappointed with the food, to be honest and normally none of us are fussy but after a couple of days we figured it out and we just got on with it We were very disappointed when we were brought to our rooms (we had booked 2 x triple rooms) and they were very old and tired - certainly not what we’d been expecting when we booked it as already mentioned, we spent a large amount of money and been looking forward to this for over a year - the reception staff weren’t helpful at all and despite telling us to come back the next day and that we’d have a room change they then said there was no rooms available - my hubby who is always so friendly and polite had to put his foot down and there was no way we were coming away without a room change - the original rooms weren’t fit for purpose - we eventually got our room change in the end and we were happy with it The air conditioning was FANTASTIC! So much so I had to put PJs on one night which is brilliant as in the past on previous holidays elsewhere - the air con hasn’t been great - but this time - fabulous so what lacked in the satisfaction of what to eat every day certainly made up for it with the air con The hotel itself - great vibe and the beach is beautiful - the staff are all lovely giving special mention to Salah Aslam Raoul Nadir In the pasta/pizza/pool bar - great service and couldn’t do enough for us Also special mention to Emily Sfwan Ali Djo Hamza Moses Nadir in the hotel bar and also looking after us and so friendly The entertainment staff - brilliant set of people, special mention to Brownie and Lorenzo The unspoken hero is the older gent who tried keeping the side of the pools safe and swishing all the water away - I tipped him a couple of times and acknowledged him as that isn’t an easy job at all and not a lot of interaction with the guests I felt for him and wanted to show our appreciation They all work so incredibly hard But yes overall - a couple of niggles with the food but we’d come back again A holiday is what you make it and we met some lovely people - I wish we could do it all again Just as aside,the hotel could benefit with an ATM nearby - the closest one is 15/20 min walk away and was out of order one of the days which was a pain but that’s just a side note

This was our second visit here we were there April and July great hotel rooms r clean and cleaners in everyday if u want it cleaned the aqua park is great we ate from snack bar most of the time and there’s some nice places outside to eat from the only thing that lets this hote down in the food in restaurant it’s very repetitive and not good the drinks are fab and the staff r amazing and so nice cleaners, bar staff, chefs/restaurant staff, maintenance, security, reception and the animation team everyone can’t do enough for u but for us the animation team especially London and shady made our holiday we had a 1 year old with us and he loved them they do anything for u came and spoke everyday came bowling with us and made everyone laugh there’s always stuff on through the day so ur never board and the night time entertainment was great

shady and London the best entertainment people ever could never do enough for anyone they are great and always go above and beyond for us and the baby we have with us keeping him entertained and having fun with us love them couldn't have asked for better entertainment

would recommend this hotel to others, such a great hotel and a bunch of things to do espically for little ones We had a 1 year old with us, and absolutely loved the animation team especially london and shady they always came over and checked on us, they made the holiday a lot better for us, they are so friendly and would go out there own way to help anyone, we didnt know a few places we would always ask them and they would always help us and give us the directions to other places, shady always made the youngest one laugh, and always play with him whether that was chucking a ball, to play with straws, i couldnt thank them two enough for how much they made our holiday feel 100% better
