Overall positive impressions impressions of the hotel, large space, tasty food, very good bar service. However the entertainment leaves a lot to be desired especially the quality of Sonia during karaoke. There’s a lack of music on the outside of this hotel. It deserves better entertainment.

Myself and my partner travelled here last week and I would definitely not recommend. On entering the hotel it looks lovely but the reception staff are not very welcoming at all. We had to pay tax and the hotel would not accept card payments or Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland notes nor would the bank inside the hotel so if travelling check your notes before you go. The bedrooms in the main hotel are very basic and probably about 2*. The cleaners do clean the rooms every day but on day 2 I killed a couple of bugs on the bathroom floor and they lay there until the end of the holiday. The beach is just at the back of the hotel and it relatively clean outside the hotel but as you walk up the beach it is very unkept in areas. The bar staff are quite pleasant as long S you tip them at the start of the holiday although their English is very limited. The food was ok and we managed to at least get something to eat each day but the flies are everywhere. You do get pestered quite alot in the resort to buy excursions, we did the camel rides, quad bikes, pirate ship and photoshoot. We felt that the pirate ship was not really worth the money for us but may be for others. The photoshoot in the gardens and on the beech was worth the money and you can buy as many photos as you need . Outside the hotel there is nothing to do as it is mostly derelict buildings and very run down so a taxi is required. It was a nice break away but definitely wouldn’t be back in a hurry.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently poor, and the staff's attitude left much to be desired. It felt like they were uninterested in their work and providing even the most basic services. Every day, we faced new issues, and the staff's response was often dismissive and impolite. This lack of professionalism and courtesy greatly diminished our vacation experience, especially for our family. We were hoping for a relaxing stay, but the hotel's poor service turned it into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a stress-free vacation

At first glance, this hotel seems like a nice place to stay based on other reviews, and there are certainly some positive aspects. The bar and restaurant staff are warm and welcoming, and the food is decent. However, our overall experience left much to be desired. The reception staff, with maybe one exception, were unhelpful. We tried to book the A la Carte menu for three days, only to be given the runaround. Despite that the information poster states reservations could be made one day in advance, every time we approached reception, regardless of the time, and two day in advance we were told to “come tomorrow.” This happened repeatedly. We booked three sea-view rooms, but one of the rooms had a pool view with only a partial sea view. While the staff did move us to a proper sea-view room after we complained, our relief was short-lived. The following night, a strong sewage smell began emanating from the air conditioning, making it impossible to breathe comfortably in the room. The staff’s solution was to spray lemon-scented air freshener into the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. When we requested another room, we were told that we had already been moved once, and they were unwilling to accommodate us further. We eventually had to involve our travel agent to help resolve the situation. On top of all this, our rooms had poor water pressure, making almost impossible showering. If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend researching other options first. If this is your only choice, I sincerely hope your stay goes more smoothly than ours did. For the amount of money we spent on this holiday, the experience was far from worth it.

I pay all package Hotel,transfer,fly,parking for one Hotel Madia beach bud relocated half families what is horrible. Transfer not wait for me.And not pick me up to airport is well.. Love holiday send me £50.00 for Taxi But I am pay £189.00 but 2 months ago all is booking and confimed. I have the all proof. Just write sorry for inconvenience !!!! Rude staff if they give you what you pay for, constant comments in Arabic allways (arrogant service) We had All Inclusive and when you ask for a drink, they only tell you one drink and it doesn't matter if it's Fanta or Beer, said no more. You pay for everything, even if it is supposed to be included, don't believe the lies of travelers!!!! Food stereotypically nothing new. The services are bad, they don't respect the customer.!!!! Everywhere as quiet as in a church. Bored tourists, no music!!! (not even silence) It's not worth complaining and if it doesn't work. It's simple, need courses (for waiters, reception staff, lifeguards at the pools, animators) to communicate with people and serve customers. You will read about the expensiveness of the hotel and the reluctance of the staff. Maybe Boss ?, I don't know... I paid £3500.00 for 7 days but in seven days disaster. It's laughable... LOVE HOLIDAY I 100% NEED REFUND AND CONPESATIONS FOR ALL MY NIGHT MARE HOLIDAY

Over 2 hours to get to the hotel, rooms very dated, bathroom dirty, poo on toilet, bath very old & dirty, shower you couldn’t move & just flooded the floor, shower curtain black, fridge in room rusty & yellow & no water.. when we booked said we had a garden view but all we had was a dirty roof that was over the indoor pool which was very dirty with fag butts all over it..,, Food was ok… Entertainment was shocking & only liked the Germans You could only get spirits from reception bar so if you was at the beach or by the pool bar you had to walk all the way to reception as the bar at the pool only did lager or cups of water Beach was ok .. didn’t get harassed by any of the sellers as they just walked on by.. however got harassed a lot by in-house sales people trying to get you to have jewellery made & go on excursions & kept on for days even tho you said no!!! Sunbeds where all broken & saggy & dirty .. Sat on the beach every day & the entertainment team spoke to everyone apart from us 6 days in a row If your not German you are nothing Also a manager shouting at his staff in the restaurant & bar area which isn’t very professional at all!! Although most staff were rude there was a couple that were helpful & polite .. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy I wouldn’t recommend or return
