Chariot Beach Resort Mahabalipuram #Chariotbeachresortmahabalipuram #southindiahotel #Hotelsindia #accommodation #Chariotbeachresort #fivestarhotel Don’t fall for the beauty (TRAP) of Chariot beach resort Mahabalipuram, let share our experience: You will never get a good service and don’t let this hotel ruined your holiday, so it’s better to think twice before booking this hotel as our experience as a Travel Agency this Hotel don’t have any responsible for taking care of the booking. For the customers we don’t think they consider. We had a booking on 20th-21st February 2024 for 2 Pool Side cottage on Double Occupancy and for 2 nights – it’s for 4 adults we have paid the amount of INR 78,000. But due to some bad review our client like to make a cancelation early with these Hotel so we had to make a cancelation but the Chariot Beach Resort up to at these movement we doesn’t get any refund or not adjusted for our future booking too, we have called them several times, we have checked their website regarding the cancellation policy, when we try to reach them via call never pick up and once we received the email that will do the adjustment for the future booking agreed, and we take it for future booking. On 1st October 2024 we had sent an enquiry for another booking that it will be on 19th February 2025 for 1 night and 2 rooms, we get a reply that rooms are available and when we are trying to made a contact to adjust the payment then no response we have sent the email around 12 email, what’s app and trying to make a call to the receptions contact number several time but never get the proper answer, and when we tried to call with a foreign number, he picked it up and we talk with him, he said booking is valid within one year and he will solve the problem within 5 minutes and hung-up the phone, keep on waiting 5 minute no sign of calling back or message after 1 hours and 1 day and after 1 week and during this time we had contact but he never responds before our second booking that is on 19 February 2025. We have made a call every day to the reception and to the manager, but not proper answer, and this is our worst experience for the last 15 years that we are in the Tourism Industry. So we like to share with you here so please be aware of this type of 5 star Hotel because the service is like the newly invented home stay also not marching these type of hotel will received or reply your message only when they are not yet received your payment as soon as you make a payment they will not respond you. Customers don’t fall in their TRAP, without getting any proper service. We will post these matter always an till we get the proper answer and a refund for these booking and at the same time will go for the legal action.
