Excellent property with a multitude of attractions within the hotel premises. They have plenty of nature to keep company and the cool additions of a hammock in your own "garden". The workers in the Namama Shack by their private Palm Beach and the Welcome Cafe are kind, understanding, patient, and flexible. A big shout out to Paltu, Ananthu and Purnima. They must be rewarded for their spectacular service.

We have visited this property with a lot of expectation but we got a lot disappointment's. there is no sign of ITC brand in this property everywhere rust water leakage AC not working in lobby staffs grooming is not in proper manner . property spot is really good but very badly maintained and lobby restroom is really in bad condition there is no privacy. we will not recommend this property to anyone.

We have booked this hotel for birthday celebration and exceptional service were given by the all staff it is beyond the expectation the room was decorated nicely and the cake was given to us as a special celebration we really enjoyed the special moment food is good and hotel is pet friendly we plan to get next visit

Beautiful hotel with greenery we have really enjoyed good ambience and location near all places to visit best part is food was delicious staff are taking care well amazing pool which is near beach definitely we will visit again and recommended it for calm and relax stay. Hospitality is great

I stayed in this hotel for a business meeting. Before check out I was told that they will charge me one more night than my actual stay because their system sais so. They insisted that they will do so by even calling my room. I had to contact the organizer who arranged my stay. I even showed a boarding pass but they still insisted to charge me as their system indicates. At the end I talked to the manager who did not still believe me and needed to talk to the meeting organiser. I travel more than 100 days a year but this was the first time. The quality of food and drinks were not as good. The espresso they served was thinner than American coffee :-) It seems many trainees were working with their supervisors. I hope they will be better trained soon. I will never choose this hotel.

It is very good. But there is no dispensary or chemist in this hotel industry. So , in my opinion, there should be establish dispensary or chemist in this hotel industry. Other wise , it's very good. Or you can say fantastic/ magnificent. So all the servers are very good. And foods is also good
