Hotel Bay Treasure

Actually it's not a resort. Very old not maintain properly. Bathroom door not locking, parking not available due to marriage in the property. No proper beach access. Totally disappointed.

The food over there was good. Rooms could've been somewhat clean. Rest assured they've provided their best services

It must have been an accident that we ended up booking this place. The one next door with a similar sounding name and much better in quality and won 2023 Travelers choice award. Checkin included a very personal note by the manager with his personal phone number if we needed anything. Breakfast was included and we moved into the bigger room at the far end of property. That's when our troubles started. The AC did not work, TV did not work, and the door did not lock fully. The staff dropped the luggage and stood there expecting tip. Then we had to call them again to fix the TV, lights, refrigerator. Call the staff again and they expect more tips. The beds are stiff and the linen is not exactly clean. The bathroom has dark mold growing. Next morning the hot water would not come through the taps. We call the service again and have to pay another tip. The next morning we ddi finally at the time of leaving the manager offered to set up a private SUV for pickup. WE had to wait a full hour and a half and had to cancel our appointments. The manager who arranged for it the service, tried to call and check. Every time the driver would call and tell us 15 min away. It took him an entire hour and a half. We reached on time booked but the journey was stressful. Avoid this place - finding it was not quite easy. and let it be.

Stay was excellent. Enjoy the hotel.

No hot water, ac not working, as per mm t booking breakfast was included but hotel said its not available for customers coming thru mmt.
