Stayed at 3 nights, here’s my honest take: The Good: • Housekeeping staff was excellent — room was beautifully decorated with roses and origami towels. • Water bottles provided generously upon request. • Scenic property, decent breakfast. The Not-So-Good: 1. Misleading Size • Marketed as 27 acres, but only ~7 acres are actually usable and fenced. 2. Poor Staff Training • Staff rarely smiled or greeted guests. • We were often ignored while seeking directions in the large property. • Buggy service was slow and reactive, not proactive. • Internal coordination was lacking — no follow-up on upgrade request, late checkout promise not honored. • Staff were seen joking and bickering in front of guests. 3. Lack of 5-Star Touch • No recognition of repeat movements — gate staff asked daily if I was checking in, despite driving in/out multiple times. • Umbrellas provided had holes. • Internet didn’t work on Day 1; dongle had no signal. • Wi-Fi worked on Day 2, but mobile network (especially Vi) is unreliable. 4. Breakfast & Dining • Breakfast was okay, but not memorable. Small dining area, average spread. 5. Price vs Value • ₹18,000–₹20,000 per night is steep for what’s offered. • At ₹10,000–₹12,000 it might be acceptable — but definitely not at premium pricing. Final Verdict: The resort looks premium from afar, but the service doesn’t match. I’ve stayed at top resorts in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — and this simply doesn’t compare. No personal touch, no attentiveness, no elegance. It’s a good 3.5 to 4-star resort at best, not the 5-star experience it claims.
