Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We stayed in Deluxe for 2 nights as executive room wasn’t available then we moved to executive room for one night and a day but both of the rooms were comfortable in my opinion and we didn’t feel much difference between the two except the executive room have a nice look to it and it has a balcony where we loved standing and watching the mountains and greenery around. Also, the best thing about this hotel was the food! It was fresh and sans preservatives which was like a blessing. We actually looked forward to having breakfast everyday. The service was top knotch as well. The hotel staff were polite and tended to our needs perfectly. The only con of our visit was we would have preferred hot running water the whole day for showering but unfortunately, the hot water used to run only for couple of hours in the mornings. Overall, it was a good experience and we will suggest this hotel to others who wants to visit Mahabaleshwar in the future.

Me and my family are really happy about stay . The hotel organizes our stay really well. There is a lot to do within the resort itself. The food is excellent. All staff and team members are really supportive, polite and well mannered. We had pleasant stay in hotel. Definitely recommend for stay.

The Hotel is really good. Very neat and clean.. food is also very tasty and hygiene too.The main thing is near to market .Hotel service persons are also kind and helpful House keeping team is very good Thanks to sameer, santosh and sunita Special Thanks To Mr ashok and Mr sandeep Overall all rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5

The hotel was very good . Nice place to be with family on vacation.excellent experience. Staff is very polite. And servecies are also good. Food is excellent. Good ambiance. The hotel is near to market. So easy to go to market by walk. Best place....must to visit....

We stayed at Valley view for 2 nights. Good rooms with amazing view of the valley. Nice spread of Breakfast and with nice taste. Housekeeping team did a great job too especially Mr Santosh karande was very warn and very helpful. Overall must try hotel in beautiful Mahabaleshwar.

My stay was exceptional; everything was perfect. The receptionist, housekeeping staff, lift operator, valet parking attendant, and swimming pool team were all very polite, pleasant, and helpful.This place is very good if looked at it individually but access to the hotel is very bad. We chose the breakfast buffet, which was delicious Housekeeping staff Sunita ji and Santosh karande were very helpful Dey even decorated our bed wen they came to knew ki it was our anniversary

Nice food, nice view, good service, good cleanliness, nice behaviour, overall nice experience. Only problem was no network in whole premises. That was covered by wifi connection, so because of wifi calling, network problem was not an issue. By the way hotel management can do nothing about mobile network

My family and i stayed in this hotel for two nights our experience was excellent especially the front desk ishtiaq was very friendly and house keeping as well sunita was very friendly and smiling all the time we will definitely visit again :)
