It was an excellent experience. We were delighted with the friendly and caring Team members of the Hotel, especially in F&B. The place is centrally located and yet quiet. The rooms have 5-star Air conditioners with heating and cooling. The rooms are clean with plenty of hot water in rain showers

New hotel .Cottage rooms were not maintained..Food was decent..Small size hotel ..but expensive in terms of quality.. Expected better.. Damp rooms ..When shown said I just noticed...was a little disappointed.. Location is good. Service was ok. We good rooms late.. Overall I will not visit again.. Only the location was saving grace ..Hotel is too small

Wonderful experience in the resort. Ambience of Resort,Rooms,Staff,Food,Cleanliness, service everthing here is of higher level.I must appreciate the owner who must be classy.Truly natural.No fake images on site. Great location. A must visit place.

I had a fantastic experience at Tranquil Resort and Spa. The spa services were exceptional, and the overall service was top-notch. Sudhir, a staff member, was particularly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

Linens provided by them are very bad in condition… Even they don’t have enough stock of clean linens for the extra guests like children… Hospitality is not up to the mark… The night staff is very slow in disposal of work so required to finish in time bound manner…

True to its name, the property is very peaceful nestled in the woods, a stone’s throw from the bustling marketplace. The design and decor is modern, spacious, warm and welcoming - all envisioned by Shindesaheb’s (owner) architect daughter. Our room was large, with a high ceiling and a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. The cuisine was terrific. The popular Maharashtrian vada pav and misal among many other things for breakfast. Above all, we were touched by the warm, courteous, and genuine hospitality. Shindesaheb has taken immense efforts to provide quality service. I know so many in the staff by the first names now - Nilesh, Sunil, Santosh, Yogesh et al. Shindesaheb has worked out minutest hospitality details, including overnight stay for drivers. I urge you to try out Tranquil Resort if you happen to plan a trip to Mahabaleshwar. It is a terrific feeling to see a member of our community doing so well in the hospitality business and doing so with grace and humility.

Superb & Excellent place to visit Too peaceful and great place for family retreats A excellent staff i specially thankful to booking manager Neelesh and his colleagues I really like service in restaurant superb food Special thanks to Santosh, Subhas & pandurang . For serving nicely also giving food to our 10 months babies. So careful and Housekeeping team was excellent special thanks to Ganesh and his team. Special thanks to security staff Mr Raju Giri Ji for taking care of Parking the Car and it's management.

Checked in to Tranquil resort Few days back but m very much disappointed the service is pathetic of this resort starting from reservation I have spoken to Mr. Suresh he is very much stubborn he denied for every request which is not a good behaviour and there was a huge communication gap as I don't understand Maharashtrian language he was talking to me me local language which is very unprofessional then we reached the property after the check in time though the check in was smooth but rooms are very small stayed house keeping was vey helpful. This is the request to the management team please train your staff properly. If they deny to some request there should be some manner after paying 5-6k we can't expect that behaviour we visited the property after recommendations only. Will never suggest anyone or come back to tranquil.

It has a good variety of rooms available, the staff is most helpful. The place is quiet and queer adds to the pleasant calming experience. Would suggest a definitely reach out to restaurant for additional requests, they're supportive of all our demands
