In the house: internet access, washing machine. Cook on request. Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Polvese 4 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 30 km. Good, quiet location, easy to reach by car, you can walk to the center of the village for gelato and dinner at a restaurant. Good beds. The level of equipment in the kitchen was poor, the knives were dull, and there were few dishes compared to the number
